Customer service is non existent, not even a basic greeting was given. I went in wanting some help finding an outfit for an event but left because not one person greeted me or asked me if I needed anything, I walked around browsing for quite awhile too. Lost a sale because you ignored me.

The girls that work here are some of the rudest people that I have ever met!!! I wish I was exaggerating, but out of the 5 times I have visited this location -each and every time I have had to endure staff members staring at me and literly examine me up and down and not even kidding that 3 times...not once but 3 times after this examination I've seen them go over to another employee and wisopef something in her ear. Then they have either laughed, made gross faces and looked at me or rolled their eyes. I do not dress offensively. I was actually wearing numerous brands that plenty actually sells.. I do however struggle with self confidence issues...and it's girls like the staff members here who are a major part of the reason.. I gave up modeling because it did not have a positive effect on my image and I felt like I was not treated respectively as they demanded I must look a certain way. Shame on you girls for judging another person so outwardly that they feel rejected. Shame on the store for paying these girls while they do it. fyi- to the girls I overheard talking to eachother on shift about some (swear word) who doesn't seem to get that she isn't pretty and (some guy) would never date her...- that girl is going to have a Cinderella moment one day and all you'll have is a bunch of out dated, wrong sized glass shoes.

The staff here are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The store is always full of beautiful peices and whenever I need a little guidance or another option in the dressing room there is always a friendly staff member knowledgeable and willing to bring me just what I needed!

My favourite clothing store in Victoria! This town is seriously underserved for good men’s clothing, and Plenty is one of the few places that has good quality options and reasonable pricing, especially when they’re having a sale. They’ve got solid basics like Naked and Famous, Levi’s, and Scotch and Soda, and a rotating assortment of other brands. Add good customer service and a new (?) app that lets you track purchases and earn points towards free stuff and I’m a fan. Two thumbs up!

Their selection has improved dramatically (for the better) over the last few years. It's an odd mix of brands carried rhough, you have $300+ quality denim brands and then poorly made $50+ sweaters that the store has carried forever for reasons I don't understand. The staff at this location make sure your never standing around with items your going to be trying on, if you have any questions they will most likely make it to you and ask if you need anything before you even realize you do.. that being said, (and not all of them) but quite a few of the girls are not exactly very polite, in fact some of them can be quite bluntly judgemental and give off a very unwelcoming and entitled (not sure to what) aura. It resulted in me associating the whole store with these negative interactions I experienced and have witnessed others experience as well, It would be a much more satisfying experience if the employees who give off this impression be reminded that as employees they are meant to represent the company and the brand's it carries, be that negative or positive it does reflect back onto the store.

The customer service is questionable at the uptown location. The staff wasn't helpful and when I asked about professional wear. She pointed to a region and said you can find them in that region but all I saw were jeans and casual clothing. I guess maybe it's not the place for professional wear. But the staff, she could have told me sorry, we don't sell anything like that. Her attitude was surprisingly ignorant. I will never go in there again and I definitely prefer Zara more.

Hit and miss with the Staff. I am a fairly regular customer and tonights service was below average. I had some of my items brought to the front desk while I continued to shop and when I went to pay for everything she forgot to add them, I kindly reminded her that she forgot those items. I thought she ran all the items through, as there were only two items, a dress and a belt to match the dress. She didn't put the belt with the rest of the order, although it was clearly indicated both items were to be added to the order. Cashier: Sofi and/or Associate: Taylor M, not sure which one but I have seen her there a few times while I shop and who ever it was had a horribly snobby attitude while she was ringing everything through. There is no reason for the horrible service I received from that one employee. As a store that sells fairly nice and pricey clothing the attitude of your employees should match exactly that! Thanks, I will make an extra trip to get the belt and it should not have been missed in the order the first or second time, seems like intentionally rude behavior. I hope the owner of the store takes better care of their employees so this doesn't have to happen to any customer, especially a regular....shameful! At least the new girl was amazingly nice and helpful, along with the other lady helping me with dress sizes. Sometimes it's really great service, but the end of that shopping experience left a bad impression on customer service and satisfaction.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews, being as I've always had the opposite experience. I've found the girls at Plenty Uptown to be consistently helpful and super friendly. They remember me when I come in and are always keen to help me find something that works for me. I come here sometimes just for the feel good experience, and a little-too-often for retail therapy. They carry a great selection of boho/urban casual clothing like Aritzia, but with more colour and cuts! One of my all-time favourite stores in Victoria. PLUS: My husband even likes doing my Christmas shopping here because the girls are so nice and helpful.

I've been to this location several times and always have a great experience! I've bought items from here a couple times and the staff have always been really helpful and friendly. The times I was just browsing the store the staff were great too. I knew they were there to help but not hovering, which is perfect. The store is always clean and they have great selection...such cute clothes! Wish I could buy everything in the store!!

Customer service seems to be lacking at the Victoria location.I went in to return something and was treated like it was a huge hassle. During the exchange, I was snapped at and spoken to in a short and condescending manner. The whole interaction was unfriendly and uncomfortable.Maybe it was just a bad day? Regardless, I don't feel comfortable shopping here, so I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
