I have used Mr. Frankel and his law firm on four separate occasions for real estate matters and have most recently also used him for Will / Power of Attorney matters as well.I can't speak any more highly of Mr. Frankel and his team. I can't recommend Frankel Law highly enough! My wife and I retained them to buy our first home and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our realtor recommended a few firms but we went with Stephen's team because they included free simple wills with the purchase. When we had an extremely stressful issue with financing approval being delayed, Stephen called us directly to help negotiate an extension with the sellers. Afterwards, the closing agent Susane worked very quickly to close for the new date. They were always available and kind people. Thank you!
