Such a calm and caring place. My 100+lbs dog is quite nervous and the team here was so great about letting him come in for visits before hand so he could get adjusted the space and groomers a bit more before his official appointment. They took good care of him and gave him breaks when he needed to keep it positive. They even updated me mid-appointment as we weren't sure how far they would get on his first grooming visit with them. We will be back and will be recommending this shop to friends. Thank you again!

I haven't been able to find anyone willing or able to cut my dramatic St Bernard/Newfy dogs nails...What the Fluff was incredible! They assured me they would do their best and within 5 minutes they were waving me back inside to get my dog. Super thankful! Will for sure be back.

Took my shihtzu to Morgan ,said she had a bit of a nose bleed my 11 year old shihtzu eyes were so blood shot I took her to the vet her eyes were bruised according to vet.vet said probably a hard hit between the eyes to do that kind of bruisingWanted my money back all she did was pay the vet billNot happy at all

I took my little dog Mia here and they did such a good job on her grooming! Did exactly what I asked for, and when I came to pick her up I asked for a little more trim around the eyes and the groomer was happy to do it. The salon is super cute and looks very clean and my dog came back happy and not nervous or stressed at all. Will definitely be back!

Our Tessa went fishing and rolled around in every dead fish she could find. So today we visited What the Fluff. Kathrin was wonderful, truly amazing with our high, high energy German Wire Haired Pointer. Many, many thanks for turning our smelly pup into a beauty once again.

I made the trek from East Van to Maple Ridge so my anxious and reactive little Yorkie could get groomed here - I used to bring him to this groomer when she was based in Vancouver. She does a WONDERFUL job. Romeo gets very stressed out in busy salons with lots of other dogs, but at What the Fluff, it's much quieter, calmer, and he is done in just over an hour! He looks gorgeous, and when I picked him up, he was happy to see me but not frantic like he has been after many hours in a busier environment. I would really recommend this salon, especially if you have a sensitive dog.

I have 3 dogs. 3 very different dogs. What the fluff handles all of them so well! I live 30 mins away but I make the drive because of how much I trust them. Not only are they talented, they are genuinely amazing people

My little guy came back from boarding for week pretty dirty and smelly. After spending a couple of hours at What the Fluff, he came out looking like a new man and smelled great.
