The other day I was referred to nexgen hearing by my family doctors office to have a hearing test on emergency sudden loss of hearing in one ear when I went into the next-gen office the staff were so concerned for my health my stress went down immediately...the staff at this office are the best people that I've ever encountered in the healthcare field they treat you like family, they assisted my doctor to get me immediately to an ENT specialist later that day the Doctor said that nexgens assessment of the situation and urgency will hopefully save my hearing you should all be proud of yourselvesThankyouWill

I do not recommend them at all. Called for appt last Thursday and set it up for another appt at Abby office. Last Thursday they had no record of me ever being there ( which I have) Went to Abby today and they have no appt for me. She says I only went there once but have been there a couple time and saw their doctor. They say they did not refer me to a ENT specialist but they did. DO NOT go there. They do not know what they are doing.

I am more than pleased with the experience I have had with Mani. I found him to be thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all as I felt his first concern was my satisfaction. Service is critically important in this industry and he certainly fulfills this criteria. If there is anyone out there who is delaying getting a hearing test and subsequent hearing aids, my suggestion to you is to try this place and I'm sure you will be satisfied. We are fortunate to have such a highly skilled audiologist in Abbotsford and I recommend Mani highly.

I needed supplies and made an appointment. Angela was very cheery on the phone.I arrived and she asked what I needed...which was supplies. She came back with supplies and told me she had pro cleaned the aids as well.Awesome.I recommend this location.Professional and happy is something we all need these days.Thank you Angela

Needing Hearing Aides wasn't my favorite. At NexGen, they led me down the right path, and are extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating! They make it simple! Loads of support whenever there's an issue!Angela in Abbotsford, was Awesome Sauce!Really went above and beyond when I needed emergency assistance!Fixed my issues post haste!Yes!Go here!

AMAZING SERVICE! well what else is there to say , these two ladies were fast , curious, and smiling.... even with the masks on. I was disappointed with the level of service as I was swayed away from a large competitor to them . At first the service was great until you needed something and then it was an uncourteous reception with the previous receptionist as well as the hearing technician. I will definitely keep using them as my hearing won't get better

The Tech. Was informative and knowledgeable. She was very good at her job, and never suggested AIDS ..rather she sent a report to my Doc. Suggesting a referral to an ear specialist.
