Very happy with service! Terry is honest, experienced and there were no hidden cost. All cost was paid after my services; he never asked for the money before he completed his services at my house. I called Terry 10 minutes before his business closed, out of the 4 businesses I called in my area, he was the only one who answered. He was able to explain to me in detail about what I might have to do. Terry also scheduled to come see my house the next day. He presented his business card to me when he first arrived at my house, to my amazement his business has been operating since 1983! He was able to pin point my problem and set up a trap the same day. He is experienced and gave me tips and predicted what other areas raccoons were trying to get into my house. That evening, the raccoon was caught and Terry came to pick up mama raccoon. Terry also gave me suggestions to clean up the area the raccoon was living in. He never pressured me to add more services but he did explain to me the benefits of cleaning up the feces, etc. He suggested his co-worker Brandon. Brandon took care of all the cleaning the next day. He was quick and thorough! The smell was A LOT better after he cleaned out all the old contaminated insulation and deodorized the area. New insulation was put in and everything was sealed; even all the garbage insulation was taken away by Brandon and co-worker. I watched the whole process, it's not easy work! Both Brandon and Terry took a lot of time and patience explaining to me the whole process; since I have no knowledge in this area. I would definitely recommend their services! Very thankful for all their help!

We have used Critter Control of Toronto four times over the last fifteen years and each time we call them the service gets better than the time before. We have never been able to stump Terry and Larry with our critter/pest issues. The first time they dealt with a wasp infestation in the wall of our house. The second time was squirrels in the attic. Third time was an oppossum that had taken up residence under our shed. The latest incident was a raccoon who removed the aluminum mesh screen from our basement window, proceeded to pry the window open and entered our basement.In each case, they responded quickly to our call and provided excellent service and, most importantly, educated us on what we can do to prevent the issue from recurring. These are knowledgeable guys whose enthusiasm for their job after 30 years is remarkable. I have learned so much just by talking to them while they are working at our house.I'm sure there are other companies in the GTA who also provide good service, but I would never consider calling anyone except Critter Control.

I moved into a home a year ago that had a lot of mice inside and rats outside. After two other companies failed, Brandon was able to seal off my entire house and get rid of the mice inside. He and his team skillfully located the rats nest outside, and sealed it off. This family run team is responsive, skillful and professional. As a bonus, They can also sanitize the area the mice have been for peace of mind.I highly recommend this company!

Spoke to 10 companies for my parents bat problem before discovering Wildlife Solutions. After speaking to Terry and learning about his over 20 years of pest control experience (in addition to the fact that he was the only one who actually came to assess immediately) the decision to hire them was came easy.They were punctual, thorough and fair from a cost perspective and were able to rectify my parents bat problem completely. I will be using them exclusively moving forward.Thank you Terry for putting my parents minds at ease and turning a pretty awful situation into something that was less stressful and less costly than anticipated.

I called on a Monday about squirrels under my eaves. Terry came by that afternoon, took a few photos, and explained what he was going to do. The next day, he sealed up two access points, set a one-way trap on the hole they were using. On Thursday, he returned, removed the trap (the tree rats had vacated), installed vent screens on my roof AND my next-door neighbour's roof . He also sealed up an additional access hole in the siding.Terry was very friendly and professional. I have used this company three times now, twice for raccoons. Every time, the issue is resolved quickly with no harm to the urban wildlife.

The Company is called Critter Control of Toronto. The animal control person named Terry came to our home to take out and remove a not- alive squirrel from our main floor washroom ceiling ventilation system recently. Terry was professional, effective, customer service oriented, quick, and friendly. He was an excellent in communication with speaking to us on this challenge and has worked at this company for 30 Years. Terry came the next day when we phoned the company on time as he mentioned to us. This took a little time, patience, and caring and Terry removed this squirrel from our vent. Also, Terry went up to do an inspection on the house roof to put 4 screen protectors on the roof vents. We were very happy about the work that was done. We recommend Terry and this company to anyone that has animal challenges around their homes. Thank you very much Terry and have a wonderful day. Take care.

We are very happy with the work Terry did at our home. We had a bad raccoon problem, they had damaged our roof and had made this huge hole in our roof. Terry caught them and repaired any damage they did. We can now sleep peacefully and the raccoons were not hurt. Thank you Terry. We already recommended him and his company to our friend with the same problem and would recommend him again.

I simply cannot recommend Wildlife Solutions highly enough. We had an unfortunate experience with another company (well known and large company at that) that claimed we had squirrels (we don't we have raccoons) and wanted to charge all 6 units of townhouses in our block $500 each to fix 'multiple holes', or $3,000 total. Wildlife Solutions showed up, identified that we had only 2 holes between only 2 units, gave us a very reasonable quote and affixed a 2 way door. It was just an excellent experience and it was clear we were dealing with professionals every step of the way. I am very impressed.Geoff T

I hired Critter Control before we sold our house because we had a past issue with rodents. Brandon was great. After confirming that it was an old issue we decided to replace the insulation in our attic. Brandon and his assistant were amazing. They removed all the old insulation and checked to make sure there were no holes that critters to come in and then blew in new R 50 Insulation. That night we noticed the difference with the house being warmer and noise reduction from the busy street behind our house. My husband and I could not be happier. We have now sold the house but if I ever have another situation like this we will be sure to call Brandon at Critter Control.
