Big selection of flavours and the staff is nice. Only down side is not having an accessible menu online...which I've just taken a picture of and uploaded!Would definitely return.

Rubbish shop since the new owners took over in 2021, and for some reason, they wrote since 2018 on their stores sign despite it was the london ice cream Co up until 2021...? I suppose they'd be untruthful in other aspects.

So happy to find such a great selection of Kwartha Dairy in London! They have so many flavours available and at a comparable price to other local ice cream shops, I definitely appreciate their loyalty card system. We’ll be back often!

With over 40 flavours from Kawartha and more on the way, this little gem has it all. Extra generous with the scoop and the atmosphere is fun and friendly.Looking forward to the next Banana boat scoop!

over priced grocery store ice cream...save your dough cross the street to no frills and buy an entire tub for 6 bucks instead of 2 scoops for 7.

Visited Adam's Ice Cream Kingdom early yesterday afternoon for the first time. My granddaughter found hair in her scoop of ice cream, and my husband found one in the bottom of his ice cream cup. Neither said anything at the time so not to negatively impact the experience for the rest of the family.I agree with other reviewers that although the staff was pleasant and the selection of flavors is good, the prices are rather steep.We visited Cows in Nova Scotia and PEI a number of times last month, and experienced truly premium ice cream for considerably less.Locally, Shaw's ice cream is excellent, better price, and worth the drive!

The exceptional experience at Adam’s Ice Cream Kingdom went above and beyond our expectations. The ice cream was delightful with standout flavors like the orange sorbet, coconut, and Moose Tracks, but it was the heartwarming service from Sofia that set our visit apart. Her empathy, compassion, and dedication truly touched us. She even welcomed us after closing hours and chatted with us patiently as we sampled a variety of flavors. What truly felt like the sprinkles on top of our ice cream experience was when she offered us a loyalty card. This gesture just goes to show the level of customer service at this establishment. If you’re in London and craving ice cream, Adam’s Ice Cream Kingdom is a must-visit. And make sure to ask for Sofia!

Went here for the first time tonight. I loved that they had a wide range of flavours and that its kawartha Ice cream. I got birthday cake flavour which was delicious.I will say for the price it was a very small scoop. The ice cream was also not very frozen it seemed, maybe because it was so hot outside today and with the doors opening and closing it’s hard to keep cold. It was very melty as soon as it was handed to me.
