TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Gabe Krynicki was extremely unpleasant, rude, and would not serve the elderly lady in front of me or myself. She refused the lady in front of me who was trying to withdrawl her own funds, because she did not request the funds in USD yet mentioned she may vacation to the states. She refused me to deposit two cheques for a business I've been with for 4 years. She was very disrespectful and vulgar.

This bank decided to unceremoniously put a three week hold on a check, from a company I get checks from every month for years (whose checks I've deposited at this bank for over five years without issue) just because the check was more than what these checks usually come in at amount wise (god forbid for working extra hard for to earn such a payment). The so-called manager on duty didn't even have the courtesy himself to address this issue to me directly when there is an established record of these checks always cashing at this bank without issue for over 5 years.If you are a long running customer at this bank and you've established some sort of working relationship with one of their tellers over the years you've been a customer here, do your best to always see them when doing business here.

SINCE DECEMBER 2022 I AM WAITING FOR MY LoC TO BE ACTIVATED DAILY NEW EXCUSES BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS STILL I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. CRAZY

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father who just lost his son at only 33 years had a meeting to retrieve my brother's benefits. The employee accused my dad of committing fraud and waved her finger in his face. They were sitting at a desk and she actually stood up and reached over her desk. My dad told her that she was making him uncomfortable. Who does that to someone who just had to bury their own son? What a disgraceful way to act. Everyone in our family has used TD bank for years and we will all be taking our business elsewhere. SHAME on that employee!

On March 23, I went back to the bank to conduct three transactions, one of them complicated, and I was angry, but the bank employee received me calmly, with a smile and welcome, and the employee began to process my requests and spent a lot of time to help me. I extend all my thanks and respect to the female employee, Tabarak, for her good performance and her keenness on the bank’s reputation and meeting customers’ requests.

This is the worse TD branch I have ever been in. I have been to many since I work in SouthWest Ontario. The bank is dirty and it smells horrible. The customer service is terrible that the bank manager presents as knowledgable and has poor customer service skills. She seems like she was reading a script that was dictated to her. She threw the Teller under the bus by saying the Teller that provide services did not do her job but this teller was attentive. The other tellers are so clueless and takes forever to complete a task. Very unprofessional.

On Tuesday October 18th I had an appointment to open a joint saving account for a sponsor case to get a family out due to war which is a time sensitive situation. I was rejected from my appointment and was told I cannot be provided a letter when a relative of mine was provided the service a few days prior from this same branch, I booked another appointment at another branch and they were able to provide me with the necessary service. This branch is not only a liar but have the worse service. Not just the employee but the branch manager was rude and incompetent.

Had a great appointment with Rajat. He was extremely helpful, and went above & beyond to ensure my financial goals were met !

Lines every single time. You would get served faster driving to another branch than waiting in line here. Understaffed any given day, only 2 tellers at a time and no more business queue. Whenever I go, a customer walks out without service.When you do get service, there's a lady who checks you out and eavesdrops. Unethical considering it's none of her business. Today when I was receiving service, she interrupted to ask me to leave. Very unprofessional. The person servicing me had to tell her to hold on.It doesnt matter if you're closing; who yells across the room to the customer asking them to leave, in the middle of your colleagues executing the service? We all want to go home, but there is a way to close a business. Yelling over your colleagues' shoulders / watching the customer like a hawk isn't one of them.Completely uncalled for, not to mention ineffective. Ma'am! Are you done?? So we can let you out??" Losing your patience isn't going to make the transaction suddenly close nor make me leave in the middle of it.Communicate and coordinate with your colleagues before trying to kick out a customer who is waiting on them just as much as you are. If customers were respected they wouldn't make you wait in line and then get short with you when THEY have to wait

Honestly, the manager is so rude. In my opinion she has no customer service skills, makes your experience dreadful. Know at all attitude, quick to dismiss with out providing explanation.
