Tldr: professional, expert, friendly, cost conscientious, non-pressuring, creative with beautiful designsMy fiancee and I went in looking for a wedding band for her after hearing Vo worked very well with my grandmother. As my fiancee's engagement ring is fairly unique, we were having difficulty finding a matching wedding band, hence we inquired about a custom ring. We came back after our initial inquiry to see a rendering of a couple beautiful ring designs. One their recommendation, and the other what we asked for. Vo happily spent time making modifications to the designs and we soon found our dream wedding band!Vo was very knowledgable on the subject, but is also great at conveying it. He was thorough, cost conscientious, non-pressuring, friendly, and ultimately seemed like he had our best interest in mind. We will be more than happy to purchase our custom wedding band here with plans to purchase extensions to the design in the future!
