Waterford Eye Care

I have been to many eye care centers before and Waterford Eye Care is the best by far. Chandra and Arsh are knowledgeable and friendly. They educated me on the types of lenses that they offered; along with the benefits that they have for my eyes. I will continue to recommend all of my friends and family to you. Keep up the good work!

Waterford Eye Care has exceptional staff and service. I have been there two times with my family and the service that was provided is exceptional. Doctors are highly knowledgeable and they answered all the questions I had. Arsh provided great service when it came to choosing the frames. He took his time and ensured that both, my wife and I, get the pair that suited us the best. At no point he rushed. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking to get their eyes checked, get new glasses or have any questions about eyes, in general.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Waterford Eye Care! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in regards to my questions/concerns. Waterford Eye Care’s service is like no other and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I wish I can give zero star to them for their stupidity I had three eye checkup appointments and we forgot masks because its not mandatory anyways I ask them for masks she said 1$ each for a mask seriously ? I didn't paid and said i will go home and get my masks next time . Ask them to cancel my three appointments . Well done you just lost three customers and my faimly and friends who visit you just for 1 $ .. claps

The staff along with Dr. Golcharan are always such a delight to deal with. I love supporting local and so happy Dr. Golcharan opened up her own location where I can go to have my eyes examined and prescriptions updated. I value their knowledge and trust their expertise. Highly recommended.

Called very last minute to book an eye exam, they got me in at the time I needed a couple days later. Exam was quick, about 15-20 minutes with no waiting. Did a thorough job and answered any questions I had. Will come back!

Totally time wasted experience visiting first Time. I will not recommend anyone to visit this clinic specially because of the receptionist (Arsh) persons they don’t care about patients time. We have to repeat many times. I hope doctor needs to take care about the guys who they hired specially for reception job.

I haven't had anything but good experiences coming to Waterford Eye Care. The doctor and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. This time around I got fitted for coloured contacts and my contacts arrived a week after I had placed the order.

Absolutely loved my experience with Waterford Eye Care!I received my glasses today. Reasonably priced and comfortable. Had the best experience today. I was stuck in traffic running late and they were incredibly accommodating despite me being their last appointment for the day. Both doctors, the optician and staff stayed late to help me pick out some fabulous frames. I never felt so taken cared of and was so happy to walk away knowing I have beautiful glasses on the way. I can't wait to go back to see Dr. Le for my follow up regarding contact lenses. I live in the South close to the perimeter, it was worth driving all the way to this place. I will definitely be returning to this place for all my future eye appointments.Jan 25, 2020 - Came back in to pick up my glasses and am so in love with my purchases. Arsh was/is fantastic in making sure I felt comfortable with my new lenses. Everyone remembered me and were so kind and complimentary. It's been only two days and I've already received so many compliments from my friends, family and co-workers on my new frames from Kate Spades. Have already passed along Dr. Le's contact information to someone at work who's looking forward to getting new lenses as well. If I could, I'd give this place more stars. Excellent customer service is so rare these days, and Waterford Eye Care staff take it to a whole other level. Keep up the good work :)
