I wandered into Bailey Nelson because I was in the market for a new optometrist, after a not-great experience with the last one. When I originally said that I was looking for an eye exam and new glasses I got a ton of information about how the exam and pricing worked, and I was given a price list that was very thorough. I made an appointment for my glasses.I love the frames I got. they're very comfortable and I think suited to my face shape (i'm a weirdo diamond shaped face.)the progressive lenses I got are *great.* I bought the best quality lens they had, indexed as thin as possible and still have transitions lenses, and they are crystal clear. the transition zones are seamless and natural to use. and the best part? They gave me my prescription immediately, so if I wanted to I could order glasses somewhere else. I didn't even have to ask! I'm so pleased.

The absolute best service out there, my lense from my glasses popped out and I went to the Chinook location very last minute to ask them to fix them. They were so kind, and making sure they were the right eyes, the right frame. Even made sure they were still under warranty.Shoutout to John who was the one who helped me that night! This is my third time purchasing my prescription glasses (my third and fourth pair) and Bailey Nelson never disappoints. I always get a lot of compliments when I throw a new pair of glasses from them. Quality and service are great. Worth your money!

Staff were all professional and know what they’re doing. I got a lot of good tips and recommendations on what eye glass to wear and it didn’t disappoint. The optometrist Dr. V was amazing and very cheerful. She explained everything well and made me feel like an important client. So many selections of eye glass, sunglasses and contacts in store!

The service is wonderful. The staff are so willing to help you out with your selection and as well any time down the road, if you need adjustments or fixes to your frames. The glasses are very durable and they have a nice selection. This year I purchased another pair and they came with a new style of glass case that I really like. Also the eye Doctor at the Bailey Nelson I go to is fantastic. I’m very happy with them…that’s why I keep going back.

Glasses turned out great. BN has many options of frames to choose from and the staff are really knowledgeable and accommodating. Although it took quite a while for my glasses to come in, everything turned out well!

I was skeptical at first but I did not regret the decision to purchase as soon as I found the right pair at an excellent price! What’s more that cost can’t beat? An amazing staff service from Violet! Personable, super helpful, amazing service and good advice. Will definitely return for many years as long as Violet is still with Bailey Nelson. :)

If you’re looking for a pair of glasses Bailey Nelson at Chinook is the place to go,I had purchased a pair of glasses there and everything was great but then I broke them unfortunately! I lost my prescription and wasn’t sure they would still have it on the system but decided to give it a try.went there and sure enough they did and their staff is so helpful and friendly and it was such a positive experience and I got the cutest pair of glasses as a replacement for my older ones.Highly recommend
