In March 2019, I reached out to Magic Stone based on a simple web search. I was looking for an alternative to a different masonry contractor with whom I had been discussing my requirements.In one short meeting, their estimator demonstrated his expertise, challenged some of my assumptions and helped me narrow my options...something the other firm and I couldn’t achieve despite multiple visits and discussions.I received a formal proposal a few days later and, after some serious deliberation, I selected Magic Stone.Their pricing was comparable and, after providing a deposit, attention shifted to scheduling demolition and construction.Magic Stone’s project team kept me appraised of any scheduling changes due to weather, etc, and work beganA three-man crew arrived the day after materials arrived. They really worked well together, completing the job (new entrance stairs and flagstone sidewalk) in three and a half days.The workmanship is excellent. The crew was respectful. The work site was cleaned up and I have been able to use my new entrance immediately. It is aesthetically pleasing, properly built, and safe.I expect many happy years of service from this project and trust I will receive after-sale service if any is ever warranted.A month after completion, I introduced Kaied to a neighbor needing masonry services. I found out afterward that that work was completed to her satisfaction as well.I heartily endorse Magic Stone for their professionalism and quality of work.

The crew did an amazing job! I needed some block replaced around the base of my garage door, and repointing in various areas of the foundation around the rest of the house and they did a great job! The replacement was a tricky job but they took their time to do it with care so as to minimize any damage to the surrounding concrete - it looks perfect!! And they cleaned up behind them as they left - I couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend them!

One of the best Masons you'll ever meet in Upstate NY! I've worked with this team for over 9 years on many different projects, ranging from full porch rebuilds, to chimney repairs, and brick foundation repair and removal. One thing about Kaied and his team is that they've always been on time and delivered Exactly" what was promised when it came to their work. As an out-of-town owner I never doubted that a job would be completed on time as expected

Great experience all around - responsive from the moment their scheduler picked up the phone (we communicated back and forth when estimator/owner was running late from an earlier appt). Excellent quality work for sensible pricing which is so hard to find these days! The crew was professional and took care not to damage my plants I wanted kept safe (which I made sure to communicate up front which plants were to be protected). Owner was honest about all expectations. We expected it would be a few weeks before work could start but weather (heat) delays for other projects meant they were able to complete our work within a few days of the original estimate. Crew was large enough that they completed the tuckpointing of our entire foundation in less than a full day. I value the owner considers the health and safety of his crew is of primary importance (excessive heat resulted in the schedule change that we benefited from). I would definitely use Magic Stone again and would recommend them to everyone.

Easy process starting with the estimate all the way to completion. Very happy with the crews work! They repaired my garage facade in a timely manner and the results were better than expected. Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I feel highly confident in recommending Magic Stone's masonry services. We have done extensive renovations to our older Buffalo home over the past two years and have had our fair share of poor experiences. Our experience with Magic Stone has been the best yet. The estimate was within our budget and they were willing to take on a difficult job that other masonry companies turned down due to difficulty. The crew was professional, diligent, and competent. All work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The crew even took the time to do a few other jobs around our home including mending foundation and demolishing an old concrete stump because they had extra time at the end of the day - without extra charge. I have yet to see a crew this honest and hardworking.The owner is not only thorough but also easy to work with and always willing to take the time to discuss my concerns and respond to questions. He met with me and another contractor at my home several times prior to the start of the job to make sure the job would be able to be done and be done properly. I cannot say how impressed I am with them and how happy we are with the finished product.
