Jean Francois and his team were so professional. They explained the work and answered all my questions. They did a good clean-up and made sure the pool fence was spotless from any debris at the end of the project. They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. They also helped me with another part of my regular property fencing. Very courteous and respectful! Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a pool fence. A great company form the estimate to the installation.

The worst experience. Waited outside for 30 minutes because they can serve a maximum of 2 people inside. The 2 people inside were clearly waiting on their order, so they could’ve waited outside to serve the next customer. Once inside I had to wait a further 10 minutes because the adviser who was not serving anyone was having a conversation with a colleague. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes outside to get my order ready, it was only for plastic lattes. I had called the previous day and left a message and no one had called me back. All in all a pretty bad experience

We had our pool’s fence installed by this company and it’s professional workers. We really felt guided and well advised on the right products for our needs from the first step to the complete installation. We did multiple submission and ended up picking this one for it’s competitive prices and great customer service. We were hoping that the money difference wouldn’t be felt on the installation part. We now have a beautiful and secure fence that really seems able to sustain the wear and tear of our difficult weather and the passing of time. Horrible customer service, never return calls nor emails. They said we would come and do our fence, but never told us when, we had to call them several times to ask when, and just when we threatened to cancel and ask for our deposit back, they said they’d come the following week. They came randomly on a Thursday morning, did the job then left without even knocking at our door once to mention they arrived/completed.

I placed an order for a pool fence and since I installed the fence on my own, I cannot comment on the installation services.As far as the fence, having chosen the common black model, it was available for pick up the next day along with all of the necessary accessories and fasteners to complete the install.Richard was super in putting together a drawing of the post and fence layout. This made for less guess work when attacking the project.The pallet was tightly strapped and none of the parts got damaged. They also stack the fence sections with cork separators so the possibility of them scratching against one another is highly unlikely. Solid looking and feeling product as well.

I wish I head read the reviews ahead of contracting them. I have to agree with the negative reviews, specifically, terrible communications. It took almost 5 months from when we gave the deposit to when they finished. I could accept it if they would have told us of the delay. Instead, I had to call repeatedly to ask when. They would reply that they would find out and call me back tomorrow... 2-3 days pass with no call, and I had to call back. The would say next week, and that never happened.... You get the idea - poor (or really nonexistent) communication with the customer. Fence looks fine, but now I'm concerned with the quality from the other reviews. Anyway, too late for me, but not for you.

Great company. Very fast provided a quote and answered all questions in my small DIY project. Personal is nice and superfriendly. Parts department deserves highest rewards. As a result - my project was finished in 2 days. Thank you Inter Clôtures Sentinelle Ltée.

This is my second time using sentinelle for my fence ,they did my other house and I was very happy and impressed my fence still look brand new after 15 years ,they just finished installing my new fence at my new house it’s absolutely gorgeous ,their products are very good quality and beautiful,their service amazing,their employees very polite and professional,the salesman Richard is a real sweetheart super patient and friendly, i give this company 10 ⭐️ Greatly recommend them ,Cristina
