My AC was acting up and I called CM for service. Ben, the service manager, was incredibly helpful and sent a tech out very quickly. The Tech, Dwayne, did a first class job of explaining the issue to me, and repairing the AC.I would absolutely recommend CM and will use them again.

Rude and overpriced. Costs minimum $200 for them to just come out!Had a bad experience and the manager (Ben) was very condescending. He said Well i dont have a time machine

Ben is the best manager to deal with, but you won’t need to.Our guy was Chris for our stuff and he was seemless. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Excellent experience with Mark and Terryn on August 25th. They came out to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling in my condo and really went above and beyond. Not only did they do a really professional job identifying and fixing the source of the leak, but they were also very proactive in applying a seal around areas of potential future issues.

They did a rental tank removal and tankless installation job. When they removed the rental tank they scrap mixing valve which I had no idea what it was until I received the bill for it. The city charged me for the part because it wasn't returned. When I called Conestoga Mechanical they said I didn't show them the rental agreement. Well first I was not asked to show the agreement. Second if you know this part possibly a rental part which city could charge your customers if you don't return it why do you scrap without asking your customers. If you make a mistake please take the responsibility of your mistakes.

My sink and toilet got clogged and I needed an after-hours service. I called at 3:00pm and the tech arrived by 4:30pm. The plumber was friendly, responsive, very professional and very efficient at solving the issue.

My dealings personally were stellar in NY case furnaces were being replaced in my condo building it was the expense of the property management as it was theirs to replace considering the furnace units were close to 30 plus years oldFirst visit they can and measured the areaFollowing Monday they were in at 8am and Doug was the gentleman that removed the old one, and installed the new one, following day the exterior portion was executed by Christopher, andDoug was there to assist with lifting etc,My dealings with Doug and Chris was a pleasure they were personable and diligent I was completely satisfied a job well done. Another firm did the electrical, and once that was installed, Chris came back in to my unit and sjowe my how to use the temperature gauge I later setup up the time and day but it was simple to useSo in short a 5 star experience!Thank-you for everythingLeslie

Terrible customer service, in particular from Christie. The tech that was dispatched out was excellent to deal with on the phone, although they never showed up due to the high demand In other calls. I won’t bother calling Conestogo mechanical again.

Excellent experience working with Conestogo Mechanical. George and the top notch trades people were great to deal with. The job was well managed, communication was on point from inception through to close out. Highly recommend Conestogo Mechanical as the top mechanical contractor in the area for commercial installations.

Brad Mavin and the guys at Conestogo Mechanical are fantastic! Had to have a furnace replaced, and added in a new air conditioner. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and informative. We discussed different options, and found what best suited our house. Very competitive pricing. They were efficient, and very clean. I highly recommend their services.
