Lakeland Windows And Doors

I have been working with Lakeland Windows and Doors over the past several years with the Home Building company I work for. Ken, Jo-Ann and the Lakeland team have offered great customer services along with educated product information on the various product lines they work with. In addition, I have recommended Lakeland to friends and families members who are renovating or building. I always hear feedback on how great they were to work with, as well as, how they helped them work through all the appropriate options while keeping their budgets in mind. It great to have a local company that can offer a wide range of product to service the Muskoka Area.

Ken was great to deal with. Manufacturer was slow, but Ken got them onsite as fast as possible.

Our windows and door were delivered on time and packaged for travel perfectly. No damage at all! We are extremely happy with the personal care and amazing customer service we received from Lakeland and highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or replacements. We live over an hour away and they had no problem delivering to us making them not only an amazing company to work with for the locals but also for people, like us, who aren’t! We will be ordering from them again without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible experience. Gave a $2500 deposit December of 2020. Ken Patterson said they would be ready end of March. We returned home to find they had neglected to place the order. Was told we were placed in a file that only provided 25% down. Had we put 50% down it would not have been missed ??? Then told they would be ready July 5th…. Would not deliver unless we gave him full payment …once we gave him the money we Received partial order In September. He said he would give us a rebate. Never happened. This man is a scammer! Friends had windows installed by him …spent there first winter home. Felt a draft …discovered no spray insulation was used when they installed. Don’t use this company.

The prices - especially of their “everyday” economy doors and windows are among the best anyway and the quality is great. We have ordered an entire house of windows and they operate perfect years later, the screens and mechanical are still excellent and easy we are really happy. This week we picked up another door and it is priced better than the box store, service is exceptional and you are supporting a local supplier. A++
