I was buying extension downspouts for the church. Very helpful and accommodating. They were highly recommended to me by a local contractor.

Very poor workmanship. Asked for a specific size to be cut and its 1/8 short. Then I returned to get a new piece and he said that's as close as he can get and wont redo it?! When I need a specific size

We were so impressed with the staff at Housecrafters today! We my inside explained our problem, he helped us get all the right products, loaded them in our car and even gave us so much valuable advice to help us instal the down spout properly. He then told us he was in the store until noon and to call if we had any questions. It's nice to go somewhere and get amazing customer service! We would highly recommend this business.

I called Housecrafters since we had a leak that needed to be checked and fixed. Joe send out a guy to inspect and repair but even when I gave him my work hours and asked him to ONLY book when I am home, he scheduled his crewman when I was at work. So I have no idea what was done but I was charged over $3,000 for what seemed to be simple caulking work around my siding.This company is a total rip-off, Joe is extremely arrogant and he will not respond to calls to fix any concerns. Our roof continued to leak and this company took no responsibility to properly check and fix the problem. Totally unprofessional business with zero-customer service and absolute lack of professionalism. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any business. If I could give zero stars, I would because that is what Housecrafters actually deserves. Do not go with this company for any service. You can find much better, quality service elsewhere, where you'll feel valued as a customer.

This was our experience:Positive1. Very good custom work for things like cladding, etcNegative1. They never called back - we always had to call them2. They did not provide the entire order that we paid for. The owner was argumentative and refused to accept responsibility.We would not recommend them due to their very poor customer service. A big part of doing future business with any company is how they handle issue when things go wrong with the customer. They did not do any of that and therefore we would not recommend them.

Amazing service amazing selection

Terrible communication and poor workmanship. Took my screen door in for modification for doggy door. Didn't look at it that hard until I got home and then I found the screen was torn and the doggy door was cracked and it wouldn't even work the way it was fitted. Called Joe who accused me of damaging it. Never go here!!
