Dry Basements did an excellent job on the exterior wall crack repair, the installation of proper window wells, the scoping of the weeping tile system and the installation of a sump pump. I highly recommend them. Fair price, Great job! Thanks guys.

We recently had Drybasements.com come out to repair an external crack. We have used this company in the past for foundation repairs and can honestly say that they continue to go above and beyond. Their team came out on time, were polite and took care of our property throughout the project, and were able to complete the project on time and on budget per quote. From the sales person to the final invoice Drybasements.com always go above and beyond and we continue to recommend them to everyone we know. None of the three cracks that we have had fixed by them over the past 9 years have had any issues!

Just had an internal breakout completed by Corry and his crew. Cory was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly and well together. The basement was left in good condition and as clean as to be expected given the amount of concrete and dirt removed and replaced. I am very pleased with the work and DryBasements.com Ltd.

These guys were great! We decided on them after seeing the work they have done on multiple houses on our street. We had a great crew headed up by Josh who excavated the front of the house, put in a sub pump, added weeping tile that was not there before, and did a MASSIVE parge job to the front as well as all around my garage and porch area. I had also had them redo the top and sides of my porch as the house is about 65 years old and the concrets was crumbling away on the sides. They did a great job and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I had called them back a couple times to fix some finishing areas in the parging and porch sides to which they were very understanding and never stopped until I was happy with the end product. They really went over and above what is generally done to make sure I as the customer was happy with the end result. About a month and a half after the job had been fully complete the ground had settled quite significantly which gave me cause to worry with it settling under the porch steps they had just put in so I gave the office a call to ask if someone could take a look. Within an hour and a half my doorbell rang and Josh was there to take a look and work with me to resolve it! Would recommend them to anyone looking based off (if nothing else) the quality of service they gave, never mind the quality of work.

They were very fast in providing an estimate and scheduling and performing the work.The couple doing the job were very friendly and professional. They even encouraged me to watch the procedure being done. Everything was cleaned up when they left. i would highly recommend Dry Basements.

We had DryBasements.com Ltd repair our basement wall, and they did a great job. We also had structural issues with our cottage. They said they could also repair it. I had doubts because of the extent of the damage and work required, and it is on an island. Much to my surprise and relief they were able to. Not only were the repairs extensive they had to be organized to get all materials to the island and stay there. Work was completed in a very timely manner and the cost was less than what was quoted.Dealing with everyone at DryBasements has been a pleasure. Their integrity is above and beyond what has become the new normal. It was a pleasure dealing with with.

Looks like I had a serious water leak in my basement so contacted Dry Basements to get a repair estimate. One of their reps - Robert O'Donnell - was out the same day and gave me a preliminary assessment, but suggested I remove the drywall and insulation in the affected area so he could have a better look. Came back two days later and discovered the leak was not in my foundation, but was coming from a separate plumbing issue. No basement concrete repair to be done, but Rob was courteous and professional in walking me through the issue. Based on my encounter with Rob if I had needed concrete repair work I would definitely have gone with Dry Basement! Thanks!

My condominium board approved Jeff (DryBasement) to make the necessary repair. However, it has been two months since then and I am still waiting on the work to begin. Last conversation I had with their representative I was told that the job is on the board but was being overlooked.Truly disappointed with their service!!

Amazing experience with Dry Basements! I was so impressed with this company. The assessment process was very informative, the guys slaving away in the intense heat never once complained or used foul language (a blessing as we have young kids), and they kept us informed and consulted with us throughout the entire process. You can tell this is a very well run company from the top down, and it shows in the quality of employees, and most importantly in the quality of the work.
