I have bought glasses from Dresden Riverside for several years now. I initially went into their store, but since then have done everything by phone / website. The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I enjoy receiving my little box in the mail. My 6 year old granddaughter now gets all her glasses from Dresden and she feels happy with the fun colours. Thanks! A store in Ottawa would be amazing( just saying)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and opticians. They were super helpful with partner in obtaining special lenses for migrains. Frames and lenses are a good value. Not super relevant but great soundtracks.

Unbelievable... I heard about Dresden's special on Jazz FM figuring it was a gimic but took a chance. Glad I did. I wanted 2 pairs of glasses, 1 distance and 1 reading. Ms. Andrea at the Little Italy store in Toronto presented me with how the frame options worked and I got to choose my sizes and colours. Then she informed me of their special on 2 pairs... 120 bucks! So I got both pairs of different prescriptions available to me in less than 1 hour.Go... now... and buy some! Fast! Like I said... unheard of and unbelievable.

I first remembered about Dresden when they had a location @ Stakt Market. Recently had get new frames, and remembered that Dresden offers good prices for frames and lenses, and lots of choice of colors. This is all true.I visited their Little Italy, and the service was just amazing. The two ladies there were super helpful. I had my lenses made and installed in 20 minutes! Amazing experience, product quality and price! 2 frames with lenses cost me $136!

Great color selection. You can build your own color scheme. Lenses are perfect, service is supreme. Prices are a fraction of what normal glasses cost. You’ll be surprised, give it a try!

One of the best client service experiences I have ever had. I broke my prescription glasses and went there expecting to pay not knowing it is under warranty for 10 years. Even if I break it again I don't have to pay! On the top of all of that, their product is eco-friendly which is amazing + all the cool colours that they have!

I am beyond happy I came across Dresden Vision. Not only are thier glasses affordable but knowing they are made from recycled material is amazing. As an Artist I adore the wide variety of colours and the freedom to switch it up any give day. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, by far my favorite experience as a whole glasses wise.

Service was great from the moment we walked in the door! The eye exam was very thorough - with new prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. I left the same day with 2 pairs of glasses and trial contact lenses!! All for less $$$ than what my original eye Dr would of charged - just for the exams and prescription! Kylie was amazing and was so helpful in assisting in picking out lenses and sizing etc She is a 5 Star employee!! Will be recommending Dresden for sure!

The optometrist thoroughly examed my eyes and explained the results clearly in an easy to understand manner. The staff helped me get the right fit and the best price. They were great!
