TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Great customer service! I needed help with an interpreter, and I was able to find a Russian speaking lady. Svitlana was extremely helpful, she resolved all of the issues I had very fast. She was very professional!

The worst experience I ever had. Never been to a TD without a business line and this TD doesn't have. No respect to business relationships.An old short lady with long hair is the worst teller, she is always rude to me. Last week, I told her my phone number to speed up the process, she says you don't have to do that

The TD Bank branch at 2263 Yonge Street stinks, and it's really hard to stay there even for a short time. The smell is so bad that it ruins the whole experience of going to the bank. I really hope the people in charge fix this problem soon. If they don't, I'll have to complain to the big bosses at TD. This place should be clean and smell good, just like all other TD Bank branches.

This branch of staff seems to lack knowledge.I applied for a business cheque,but it hasn't been processed even after a month. What a pathetic bank. Is it that hard to issue cheque in Toronto? I got it from the countryside on the day of application. This branch isn't a professional.What a waste of a star.Pathetic, angry and worried. A bank where employees are confused because they don't know each other.

Worst TD branch ever. Everyone is rude especially the teller called Frida or Freda. Being stereotyped because I’m black. First of all, the branch manger and this teller didn’t believe what I do for work because I’m black. So I can’t work in the field I do because I’m black?I verified my card with my PIN. Then she said I can’t update my name change, even though I had my PR CARD and my credit card with my name on it.Then she came up with a new story. That they had to call loss and prevention on my account.I should have checked the reviews before coming to this location.All the while, her tone was very sarcastic and extremely rude.Retrain your employees and how they should conduct business with customers. Train them on unconscious bias too.

I really like the customer service of Marc .i was there today this morning about my business access card he was kind and explained everything -and helped me and saying in his each word sorry and thank you he is very polite .i willContinue my some other business investment with him

Poor customer service. Went there today as a new customer to create profile with TD. There was a guy behind the counter, he told me no I can not help you with that. You need to book an appointment for that, and next availability will be next Tuesday. I was like I just want to create a profile really simple I have all my documents. He said no. Long story short, I went to the other branch located at st Clair east such an amazing experience. They did it right away under 5 minutes.Horrible customer service at YONGE AND EGLINTON TD. Do not waste your time going to their branch.

I waited in line for about 10 minutes to withdraw U.S.$ cash from my Borderless account only to find out that the bank’s machine for dispensing U.S.$ cash was broken and they were waiting for the repairman to come and fix it. The teller was very apologetic but what was the manager thinking? Certainly not about the customers or they would have put up a sign to warn them so they wouldn’t waste time waiting in line for nothing.

The worst experience ever! I was willing to move my mortgage to TD cause of a better rate. After wasting my time and energy, at the very last step, they said sorry we DID NOT realized you have another mortgage!" What?! The reason I found out there is a better rate was because of my second mortgage! I told you on day one months ago.. .They said" we can rebate 2$ which was deducted from your new TD chequing account if you keep it!" Seriously?! How generous you guys are! who pays for all the time waisted in line up in TD branch? For the time I have spent for all emails and phone calls when you could have told me on the DAY ONE you have two mortgages

Been there 3-4 times and tellers were always nice or okay. But the manager that I encountered, (not Gale, she was a sweet lady) she was ignorant and rude. White lady with dark curly hair didn't even introduce her name, just said 'manager' and very ignorant almost made me feel like my hoodie and me being Asian is good enough to ignore with a large amount of deposit. I've been using TD since I was in high school and never had this problem. CIBC took my cheque no problem, shame on you.
