Worst service i have ever experienced at a cordonnierI brought a pair of shoes that the heel needed to be replaced as it was broken. When i went to go pick up my shoes i noticed that the material on the shoe itself was destroyed from a product he used on my shoes and the man was denying that it was his error. He had charged me $20 and refusedt to refund me. He was also very disrespectful towards me and derogatoryDO NOTRECCOMENDProof of disrespect in the comment below from owner!Watch out everyone!

I had a vinyl for a tent trailer that needed sections replaced and seams reinforced. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, which was even better than I'd expected. The end cost was very competitive (and within the initial estimate) and the piece was finished a week ahead of schedule. They also repaired a winter coat for me (inner seam tears) and it looks nearly brand new, much better than what I have seen other repair shops do. They are an honest and skilled team with craftsmanship that is hard to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this shop for footwear and fabric repairs/alterations and will be returning in the future! I went here desperately needing a dress hemmed for a wedding. I had taken my dress elsewhere and I went to pick it up the day before the wedding, to my shock they had forgotten to do the hem. I came to Nor Nor and they took care of it no problem, same day they did the job and saved me. Super professional work, i was very impressed and I am forever grateful!!
