If I could put 0, I would.. the phone number is only in service half the time. The rest of the time it's almost like they keep it unplugged so they don't have to take calls.

I was a patient here for about 4 years. The front reception are unhelpful, and actually rude, a lot of the time, but my NP was great so i stuck it out. Unfortunately, my NP has been on 2 maternity leaves, and my replacement NP's haven't been very good - the first one was very unhelpful with respect to processing my referral to a specialist. The second mat leave NP actually suggested to me that I shouldn't have children because my husband is much older than I am. That was when I left. My new doctor is supportive and non-judgmental!

Dr. Zajdlik has been my family physician for 20+ years. Dr. Zajdlik and her team have always been dedicated, supportive, informative and non-judgmental. With Covid-19 affecting how we live these days they are going above and beyond for their patients.

I had been with the Hope health centre since I was born. I haven’t see. DR. zadjlik in over 4 years because what ever sickness I had wasn’t good enough to see the one doctor who actually gave birth to me. The NP was nice but when you constantly have to explain that you have certain health issues when they prescribe medications it gets frustrating. When I found out I was pregnant 6 months ago I called in to see dr Zadjlik but apparently she was too busy so once again I was left with a NEW NP I had never met before. It doesn’t matter if you are new or if Dr.Zadjlik watched you grow up they don’t care. Needless to say I’m not using the Hope health centre when my son is born I went with a midwife and I met with my new doctor today.

I've been a patient of Dr. Zajdlik for 12 plus years, she is just amazing in every way, dedicated, compassionate, and always willing to take time and make you a part of health care process. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm very thankful to have such a wonderfull healthcare team that truly are passionate in all they do and it shows.

Dr Zajdlik has been my physician for more then 25 years now! She is one of the most non-judgemental, caring people I have the pleasure of communicating with, and her staff is just as amazing.

We have been seeing Sheryl T - at this clinic for almost 4 years. She is incredible, and has given my family fantastic support, she is caring and compassionate, and a pleasure to be around.Today however we had a simple appt for flu shots and these were given by Sherry/Shirley? (NOT Sherryl). I had just picked my kids up from daycare and come straight from waking my daughter from her nap. Upon lifting her shirt to give the shot we discovered she had a rash. (which she did not have when she went to care this morning) This nurse was so condescending, and generally rude, quick and actually horrendous. The shot obviously could not be given but when I simply asked if I should just give her benedryl or what I should do, I was spoken to as if I was a misbehaving toddler and told to go ask my pharmacist. She was quick and short with us from the time we walked in the door (we were on time, and she was 10 min behind, and the duration of our appt, for 3 people to get a shot was no more than 5 min) I don't care how bad her day was going, I was inquiring about the care of my daughter, and was not wasting her time. I had back to back appts at 2:30 and 2:45 allotting for 15 minutes for her to deal with us, at least in that office and she was nothing if not unprofessional, and angry at us, her patients, for no reason known to us.We will be sure to only book in with Sherryl and Dr.Zadjlik in the future. Flu shots we will book through public health, as this woman was appalling. - To add Dr.Zadjlik even called me back to follow up and offer a follow up appt with my daughter, so if you have had similar experience with this particular nurse, please don't let it reflect on the entire practice as reception-Sherryl and the physician are incredible.

I have been with Dr.Zajdlik office since the day I was born. The staff are absolutely amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The front secretaries are absolutely amazing! Whenever anyone tells me they’re in need of a family doctor, I will always recommend this dr office.As they have some of the best medical staff. The nurse practitioner is absolutely amazing and so calm when going through processes of procedures. I found that she was so friendly and kind towards me.Dr. Zajdlik is an absolutely amazing human being. She is so kind and understanding towards people. I don’t think I’ve ever met a kinder, more professional doctor out there. When I was going through a hard time with my mental stability. She was the first person to understand, and hear how I was actually feeling. Im just glad I have the pleasure of calling all these people my doctors office! They’re so amazing that I moved my fiancé from his doctors to my doctor.

Dr. Zajdlik is just an amazing Doctor that goes above and beyond the call of duty. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. This is a clinic with a client-centered approach. A real team!
