This review is for the septic only. A separate review was written for the home inspection. Peter was very professional and inspected every detail of the septic system. He uncovered problems but was able to rectify them with the sellers permission. He performed a flow test to make sure the whole system was doing its job correctly. I was very impressed with how he conducted himself. The inspection gave me confidence that the system was in excellent working order.

Peter Libicz came recommended to me from a friend and I think they recommended the right person.- He showed up 30 minutes early to the appointment to give himself plenty of time to look around the outside of the home.- He was friendly, approachable and made his ethical stance clear from the start.- Very knowledgeable and clearly takes his craft seriously. He keeps up to date on newer information and technologies concerning home inspection.- He did a very thorough job and his report was very detailed and clearly laid out.- He spent a great deal of time in the crawl space checking everything he could.- There was no attic access in the home but he offered to come back free and inspect it should we purchase the home and provide an access way.Money well spent.
