The staff were really nice to us. I unded up getting lamb and feta sausages and duck franks. We got some pepperoni sticks to go for our road trip.I would come back again if I were in town.

This place saved my Christmas dinner at the last minute, and since then I've been loving buying my meats from here. Dan will always help you out if he can, and all of the staff are amazing; I tend to see Kylie mostly when I'm there and she's super friendly. Everyone is genuine and you can tell they love what they do while managing to deliver a fantastic quality product. Happy all around.

Fantastic experience every time I go! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It is a local business that prides itself in supporting other local businesses. All this along with the quality products they sell is enough to keep me coming back and raving to my friends and family

Ordered an un-stuffed organic fresh turkey roast and despite -33 temp put it on the barbecue rotisserie.Came out perfectly thanks to the Chop N Block seasonings and the quality of the bird.. And thanks for the suggestion of Catherine's cranberry sauce. Delicious and I don't usually like cranberry sauce!!

Very unhappy. Bought peppered maple beef jerky at the Vancouver Christmas market on Dec 10 (expiry Jan 30) and it started forming mold almost immediately. I called 3 times with NO RETURN CALL. Poor customer service. I am contemplating next steps.

Favourite butcher shop in... Canada? Yes, in Canada. Amazing selection of local meats, beef is phenomenal, and so are all the sausages. Everything is made in house, the owner is a former chef and really knows what he's doing. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's just a place of deliciousness. highly recommended. Also check out the bakery next door (Golden Leaf) for some amazing treats after your steak :)

Fantastic service always in this store and good quality local meat. We prefer to buy as local as possible and always find what we like here. Today blew us away though. After I took everything to the till, I was told the debit and credit machine was down. They said they would email me an invoice and I could pay online or next time I was in the store! I couldn't believe the level of trust this local business has in humanity. Awesome! I got the email a short time later and paid it immediately! I highly recommend this business.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Product selection and quality is excellent. Price is very reasonable considering it’s all local and made in house (exceptions: Prosciutto and ground kangaroo).Their fresh and dried sausages are delicious, dozens of flavours to choose from - Never been disappointed. Several made in house bacon flavours, many cuts of high quality grass-only beef and free range chicken, and plenty of deli cold cuts to choose from. They also keep a nice selection of niche condiments and cheeses. They do bulk freezer pack orders as well, and even frozen offal dog food.I could go on... fantastic butcher shop.

Amazing beef jerky! We once bought a pack and a few days after opening it, we realized it was moldy. We went back to the store, with no receipt, and they immediately exchanged it with a smile. Great customer service! Their products are delicious.Update: the next time I shopped here, a few months later, I ended up getting another pack of moldy beef jerky. Not really worth buying there for me if I have to make returns so often.
