I have used another oxygen company before but have switched to ProResp and it was the best thing I ever did. Not only do they come one on one to explain everything; but they do not leave your house until you are comfortable - then they follow-up often. They also come every month and replace tubing and clean and inspect the equipment. They are just wonderful.

I never head of a company not offering online debit. This company does not even offer Automatic payment from your insurance Everyone offers it why not them. Today I will go to pay the bill grrr. You should offer a portable debit service Like the Fast food . Anyway Oxygen should be free to all the one in need.Wake up guys we are in 2021….

Stay clear they do not care about their clients. No face masks for covid. There is a 26 checklist of things to be shown for CPAP, but she only showed me 1/2 of one thing on the list.. She didn't even take the machine out of the case or turn it on. They just want your money. Stay far far away.

Very disappointed with this place.Had a one month trial script for a CPAP machine. Renter beware - it is not a monthly rental fee (ie 13th to the 13 of the next month) but full fee for each month you have the machine. Don't rent one until the first of the month....and get it back before the next month. $75 is $75.No flexibility at all. Can't believe they have not addressed this before.

Can’t speak to their products or services, however, they park their company van in handicapped parking in front of their store when other spots are available less than 20 ft away.
