Trevi Pool

Amazing marketing but the services after sales must be improved.Long story short, the pool installation was late with almost 3 weeks and I still have issues that will be never fixed by Trevi.They sent 2 people last year to restore the installation to the sand below and as they came, so they left without doing anything. I saw now at the opening. Installation warranty 2 years?Under warranty I replaced a part on the filter myself because they didn't care, they didn't come back to fix it.Forget about! Very bad communication and service.Review 2:Dear Trevi owner,Thank you for your answer and for the last service received, the technician did a good job on the liner to fix the hole. Yes, was a manufacturing issue.If you was so nice to answer to my review please read below.Less than one year, under warranty, I replaced the skimmer, a water pressure adapter, the liner welded by a technician from Trevi and please see the photo attached. What do you think about the ladder? Good quality?Regarding the pool drain and the installation of the pool I have two questions:- what is the drain functionality?A normal answer will be: to get water out of the pool.If this is the answer, why it is mounted above the edges and the water remains?- why I have dunes on the base where the structure is installed?Dear sir, please don't understand me wrong, I want to enjoy my life and I'm not a troublemaker but I am disappointed with the quality of the materials and the services offered by your company and I see that not only I have problems.Please feel free to contact me if you need more details.Thank you!

NO After-Sales Service, Warranty sucks (1 year from date of reception instead of installation). Bad installations (pipes leaking after 1 year, broken plastic 3 way valve, very cheap equipment not for our climate) yet overly priced. IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to talk to over the phone to get a technician to come on site for repairs.I would recommend getting your pool elsewhere if you want after-sales support.

Purchased a 38k pool, it’s not even installed yet and already seeing red flags…. Sent us a moov heat pump instead of the Hayward that we paid extra for.Subcontractor contacted us forcing us to sign an agreement waiving their responsibility or damage to our lot, or to purchase 14 sheets of plywood and have them delivered and installed at our place. ( st janvier escavation)14x54$ + deliveryWe signed for a turn key project which was promised to us and we’re told to only have to deal with the electrical and permits. After signing and having paid in full, the escavation company contacted Trevi to inform them that we cancelled the installation which was intact false, we just refused to spend 800$ for them to protect our lot or sign a waiver

One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with its been over 4 months now that my fence has been off and they didnt even finish the job , my backyard is a mess and they destroyed some of my front lawn that wasn't supposed to be touched , You call and no one answers , you go in there and they promise they will finish but no results , I have no idea where the other reviews are from but expect that you have unfinished pool in your backyard , Look at the pictures for proof , Avoid at all cost my backyard has been like the pictures for over 3 weeks now

We generally get all of our spa chemicals and filters from this store, but my wife accidentally purchased the incorrect chemicals for our spa, which has left us feeling quite disgruntled and frustrated with both the store's return procedure and its products. Since we were leaving for Toronto, Ontario, a week after I had planned to return the brand-new, unopened items, a young woman introduced herself as the manager. I explained to her what was wrong, that I had the return receipt, and that my wife had purchased the incorrect spa chemicals. If you ask me and want to have happy customers, can't you make an exception and take them back or give credit? she said, being firm. Policy is they won't take back chemicals."Now

Trevi completly messed up my pool installation and I'm still waiting for customer service to bother responding to me. They installed the pool a whole foot away from my deck making it unaccessible with the ladder. Its not even aligned to the deck so they made no effort to do it. The worst part is that I went with Trevi because I wanted it done right. Only it looks like they dont care about quality anymore. It seems they are so busy they can demand full payment now and then have zero incentive to do anything well. I think they must outsource installers as well because they were extremely unprofessional.They never checked in with us or asked if this was ok. The pool is so far away from the deck, that the stairs do not fully reach it to be bolted in. Because of this, we must now hire a specialist to make our deck longer. And in the meanwhile we had to add two pieces of wood so we could at least use the pool. It's ridiculous. This all could have been easily avoided had the team spoken to us and consulted us.We messaged customer support days ago and they never even bothered with a response about this issue.If you're going to get a pool installed, I'd avoid trevi until they decide that quality and customer service is important to their business again.

We went to Trevi Laval today and got served by Pascal B. He took his time to listen to what my wife and I had to say with compassion and professionalism. We ended up closing the deal he offered us and both parties were satisfied. If you are in the market for a pool and have no contacts, take our advice and go see Pascal. We couldn’t have asked for a more honest sales clerk.

saterday i go to Spa opening cours the person how do the prisentation is very polite he explain what we need and give the time to understant and ask question . also last year i get repair service frome Trevi it took time first persen came is disaster but severel calls then one of the service office whose name Hajar as i remember folwed my case and i gut other person who give me good service . in all i am happy with Trevi now

Trevi has a huge array of products for outdoor summer living including pools, hot tubs and gazebos. As well as outdoor furniture, and supplies for your pool, patio, and yard.Went to the store on the 440 in Laval looking for a gazebo.We were served by Rabea who gave us excellent customer service.We purchased a gazebo along with the installation.I will update this review after it is installed in August.
