TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch is my home branch, and I DO NOT recommend anyone else opening up their account here. I have been to a variety of TD banks and this one is the worst. Majority of the clerks are rude, which is not a pleasant thing to deal with first thing in the morning. I opened up my account 10 years ago, so you would assume they know you well enough now. What pisses me off the most is when they talk to me like I am an idiot, or when their clerks give me unnecessary attitude. Clerks should have good customer skills, and this bank definitely DOES NOT. Unfortunately, some of my services have to be done with my home branch, so I am stuck here, but I highly recommend you to find another branch.

Don't understand why the ratings at this branch is low - I've been here multiple times to request for bank drafts and other miscellaneous banking needs. They were always print and professional. Staff were friendly too. Feel like people lash out on a terrible review but don't see the bigger picture as a branch.

Complete incompetence with the managerial staff. Rude and inconsiderate. There's not too much to say. The teller I dealt with was trying to be as accommodating as possible yet when it came to her manager she was a first class c u next Tuesday.1. Don't question me on my transactions.2. Learn to have some shred of customer service3. When someone is not in a great mood don't entice them to further escalate their mood.4. It seems like even when it's your first occurrence with something that goes against your account they do not have the consideration to look passed it and try to accommodate you.I'd continue but I'm too infuriated to waste further time.

Went to this location to do some banking and the lady was really rude and disrespectful. The deposit I was making was clearly fine and she got annoyed and upset because the cash was slightly bent! And kept on saying multiple times that counting the money is going to take a long" time. Not sure what her name was but lady working on the first computer on 06/28/2021 around 11:30. Never coming to this branch again. People like this should not be in the customer service industry."

It was not a great service before QUARANTINE and it became worth! This morning I spent more then an hour in a lane to deposit a cheque to my business account which I can't put to ATM bacause of 7 days hold period. They should remove this hold period for everyone or AT LEAST make a special hour for seniors from 9-10 am and not to squeeze elderly people between regular bank hours. I hope the management will see this post and do something convenient for everyone!

Our branch gave us an appointment with this branch since there was an opening during our vacation time to contribute in the RESP account and to ask other questions. We met Davi Bissoondial .She kept telling us repeatedly that you should keep your relationship with your advisor at your branch and told us that we cannot get the government top up since my son already turned 17. But we you go to the CRA website it clearly says to the end of the calendar year the child turns 17. Also refused to look into the other question and said you can email your advisor and will get your answer. Please hire better people with better customer service and more knowledge.

The staff are really friendly. However, today when I sent to go deposit my check in the afternoon. There was a homeless man that came in while I was standing in line for the machine. He seems to be staying there since there was cigarette and food on the floor. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe that I felt the need to leave. I been going to this bank for a very long time and I never encountered this situation till today.

We have regularly had great experiences at this branch. Matthew helped us out today and was very accommodating to all our unique requests, thanks! :)
