Went in yesterday needing some produce. everything looked like they were left in the heat for days, maybe the back-store refrigerator was not working for the last couple weeks? Mangos, cherries, romaine lettuce were all wayyyy past their prime, I looked at a few berries, found 2 packages with mold in 20 seconds..

I have shopped with No Frills, Orleans for the last year. I just came out of there now, I met an uncouth aged lady at the checkout today. She assisted with my checkout and after I left her stand, she walked up to me rained false allegations and spoke rudely to me.I was shocked when this happened and could not process or react to her. I’m glad I didn’t because I wouldn’t have been nice to her and that is not who I am. However, I will appreciate if your staff especially client facing are respectful/speak with reason. I believe respect is reciprocal. I will not tolerate being talked down and accused falsely in the future.Thank you.

Pretty good selection and prices, and it's relatively easy to find the products you're looking for. Only negative I have is that when I was in the dairy section I noticed a block of cheese that was completely moldy, aside from that everything else was fine.

good prices good produce good staff good place to shop. Occasionally I can find something on sale cheaper elsewhere but my primary source is there because I save money getting the best

Sour grapes. Organic grapes $2 off but we're already sour. Stopped buying organic produce as it was not fresh. I wonder if they buy Loblaws products after they reach the best before date. Ice cream had grainy ice crystals. Wonder if it also another store's cast offs. The clincher was that the Superstore sells fresh products for less. Organic pizza is $8.50 there but $9.25;at No Frills. Although No Frills loser to my home I will now go to Superstore for my fFood.

Best, most extensive selection of Canadian brand Chapman’s Ice Cream / Frozen yogurt I’ve seen in Ottawa.They were a lot of brands here I don’t see in other stores, so that was cool.Stupid that you need a LOONIE for the carts. Yea you get back, but we had to go into the dollar store to buy something in order to get change for this. Also BRING your own bags into the store. Not really a great amount of room at packing area, we had to wait for a couple to move so we could park our cart to start loading our bags. Definitely could use more room for the double conveyor belts & carts.Carts CANNOT go through self-checkout. Seems silly, especially if you have only a few items but are too big/heavy to fit in a basket (toilet papers, laundry soap etc)As the lineups were LONG at the regular cashes, but no one was in self-checkout and we could have went through if carts were allowed.Also why aren’t there lights on the cash registers to show which ones are open?One more thing: I always check the price cards for price per 100g or price per item etc to see what is better priced. The cards here change consistency within items: some ground beef was labeled price per 100g, and others price per KG which made it more difficult to work out in my head.Good for deals and an assortment of brands - but store details could be better designed.

Great place to shop for all your groceries. I have found the fruits and vegetables always fresh. The customer service is also top shelf with fast checkout lines. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

First time visiting despite living here for so long. Regret poured over me as this a great grocery store - clean, well organized, amazing prices and super friendly staff. It's now my regular.

The produce can definitely be questionable at times, however they have great prices and price match. If you're looking to get groceries and save some money this is a great option. You should always go when they freshly stock as the good deals can go very fast. Overall it's a great place but just go somewhere else for fruits, veggies or meat. Great flowers though.I don't know if low riding, being high as hell and wearing a flat brim hat like youve never worn a hat before is part of the uniform but it seems like it.
