Suggested an alternative that he felt was of equal quality, but a better price. Shipped to me in 2 days. As this was a gift, sales rep stated no problem to exchange if needed. Sent additional package with an added accessory, again, arrived in two days. And the number of options carried and shown online is very impressive.Highly recommend Camera Canada.

Absolutely stunning service! I ordered an OM System lens on Friday and it arrived early today. Monday! Well packaged and exactly as described on the website. I have found a new home for my photographic equipment needs.. Easy to text and to call I’d expect. No more Amazon for me! There was even a small gift in the box. So thoughtful.

Great to deal with. I was looking for another option on purchase binoculars and stumble across them. Was skeptical at 1st as I could not find many reviews online. Was able to phone in for payment once they were in stock and the they shipped on time and received within the specified time. Would definitely purchase again if and when the time comes!

Historically, I’ve tended to use a couple of the larger national chains for my photography equipment needs. Recently I ‘discovered’ Canada Camera right here in my backyard in London, ON. While I think that most of their sales are done online, what I can tell you from visiting their store is that they carry a LOT of stock and seem to have nearly everything that I need. If they don’t have it, there is likely a back order issue with the manufacturer. This hasn’t been my experience with some of the other chains.I recently ordered a lens that was experiencing a worldwide back order issue and CC got it to me as quickly as possible without asking me for any sort of deposit on the order. I was able to pick it up same day and it hasn’t been off my camera since.Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions I have about a certain product or its application.CC is now my go-to camera store.

Thanks to Gerald Undone I was able to heard about Camera Canada. Great company to deal with.Right from the beginning I could tell that I’m dealing with a family business and not a corporate entity. Every time I would receive a text message informing me about the shipping details. I got in touch with them through that system having a few questions and the guys promptly reply.Even though their business is located in Ontario and I’m in Vancouver, I would receive the text during day time not at night. Very thoughtful of them. Shipping was fast, in a matter of days each time.Since I’m at the hobby level now, having the Affirm option was a big deal for me - I was able to spread the payments over a few months and was able to buy the pro level equipment.I’m very pleased with their service and I will definitely be ordering in the future from them.
