Horrible, incompetent individuals. Both Rajinder and Rashpal will never accept that they messed up or that there installer has no clue on how to install carpet.Been building for multiple years and never seen anyone place unnecessary seams or start cutting the carpet into strips to repair his seam. Horrible would be an understatement regarding both owners business management practices.

I'm sure they are great normally based on other reviews but I found them to be very unhelpful! I called asking about the name and brand of flooring they provided to a townhouse development 4 years ago as my husband and I would like to remove carpet and match the existing laminate flooring. The man on the phone told me it was discontinued, but refused to tell me the brand or colour, which stops me from at least seeing if there is leftover stock anywhere. He said they have no record of it, but this was quite a large development so I found that odd? He offered no explanation for why he didn't have the information and kept repeating it's been discontinued." This was after the developer

Good service, and great prices. Feel very at home and was put at ease after dealing with the owner. Was very attentive to my needs and helped pick a great carpet at a good price. Overall very pleased!

We had very good experience with AMC Carpet.We wanted to reduce our flooring noise and Mr Racchpal Jagpal gave us free samples to try at home & this was our first visit.We will always use AMC Carpet as we found excellent Customer Service! with them.
