National Car Rental
Terrible experience. I booked a truck online at this place and they confirmed. But when I came here to pick up my car, they closed??? Then I phoned the national company, they helped me to connect another retail store at lake Louise, that was totally not the place I was going to pick up the car, and they also changed my ordered and told me they have only one vehicle left, and wanna charge me 200 dollars for the only compact SUV they left. I have to change my travel plan due to this horrible experience. Never recommend you to come to this place.

I needed a one way rental car from Banff to YYC and I found Tyler to be very helpful in accommodating us going over and above with finding a car that would work for snowboarding trip. As a small business owner myself I know the importance of appreciating great service and sharing it!
