Van Nails

Stopped goin here years ago only to try again. My cuticles are all raw from them shaving them down. The painting of the nails also isn't right. The edges of the nails looks jacked up.Went back to get them fixed she only fixed some of my nails and they still look stupid. What a waste of time please don't go here. Oh but she gave her assurance dont worry baby she fix for you. Nope still not fixed.

The ladies are nice, however I just had a shellac and manicure done on Sunday. It's now Wednesday and it has peeled off. My cuticles also look bad too. Not worth coming here.Update: day 5, it all came off. It starts to lift in the corner and peeled right off. It's going to take some time to repair the damage to my cuticles.

I love Van the owner she is super friendly ! Mimi is the best nail tech ever ! Any design I show her she replicates it perfectly ! Best job every time

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I am so disappointed in how the staff at Van Nails behaved towards my sister and I. I wish I didn’t waste my money at this salon. They were just talking about us and made comments which were clearly towards us. It was a bad experience overall. They didn’t cut the nails properly even after we told them multiple times how we wanted it. One lady especially does not know how to talk to her customers. She’s a bit older than all the other staff members. I wish I got her name. She was so rude to my sister and it was uncalled for. The place is so hot and doesn’t have any air flow. They need to turn on their AC. i would NOT recommend this place to anyone even if it’s their last option.

My friend got her lashes done for a wedding. She went to every store in her area to remove the lashes and they will not remove. Other stores states that they have used super glue on her eyes. Very dangerous. When she went to ask the name of owner they refused. She is currently in the emergency room.

Horrible, rude service.The ladies give attitude even when I am being so kind.I need to keep asking them to fix the job because it looks bad and they start complaining to each other in their language. The job is never done well.My nails and lashes have been done here and I will never go back.

I recently visited Van Nails to get a manicure and pedicure, and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The nail technician who did my nails did a horrible job, and I was left with nails that looked uneven and poorly done.From the moment I sat down, I could tell that the technician was not very experienced. She seemed unsure of what she was doing and didn't seem to have a lot of confidence in her work. She rushed through the process and didn't take the time to make sure that my nails were done properly.As a result, my nails ended up looking uneven and poorly shaped. The polish was applied unevenly, with some areas being thicker than others, and there were several smudges and chips. The technician also didn't take the time to clean up around my nails, leaving a mess of polish on my skin.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Van Nails. The nail technician did a horrible job, and I was left with nails that looked much worse than when I came in. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, and I will definitely not be returning.

I was hesitant and should’ve listened to my gut…. Non existent customer service and just one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. GHETTO and horrible results.

Did a pedicure and the lady did my toe cuticles and barely touched the bottom of my feet. She only applied a scrub and told me I was done saying my “feet are soft.” I had to insist that she removed dead skin from my foot…I had blisters that weren’t removed, a lot of rough parts that she never checked for or cared for. After she rinsed and oiled my feet, she then went backwards to complete the steps she missed, doing a careless,fast job. This upset me more because that means I didn’t get the appropriate quality of service from the top to bottom.Van the owner was there and I urged her to come over and look at all the steps that were missed. Instead she spoke to her in their language. The girl kept saying “she was not yet done” as an excuse to pardon her lack of attention. I know the steps of a pedicure. After you rinse, flush out the water, massage and apply oil, it means you have completed the pedicure. So she lied to her boss Van to make it seem as if I don’t know what I’m saying. The acrylic overlay on my big toe was very thick, the girl did not use the buffer tool to flatten them, to make them more natural looking because of course it takes more time. Extremely lazy work.In the end I was charged full price. I insisted the lack of attention should be reflected in the price and should be discounted. Instead Van defended that the work was good, not listening to my frustrations and discredited everything I had to say. She based the service on the time spent but not on the quality given to me and that was completely wrong. Super bias store, they never apologize or hold their employees accountable for poor service. They always make the customer seem ridiculous or crazy.

I was here yesterday, and after 2 hours three nails were already peeling. I had shellac done. They told me I could come in today to get it fixed. I had mentioned to the lady that maybe the shellac polish was old since I’ve never experienced this before. She repainted the chipped/ peeling nails.. I was there today, and the nail she fixed is peeling again. I’m so disappointed, I’ve never experienced anything like this, and I’ve been a customer there for a while.
