Comfort Inn Airport West

My recent stay at Comfort Inn Airport West was exceptional. The front desk Manager, Mr. Lucky, provided amazing service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, he ensured a smooth check-in and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mr. Lucky's attentiveness and genuine care for guests made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Lucky was awesome at the front desk, a joy to deal with. The room was clean and modern.We were departing the following day from YYZ so the free shuttle was great!I would not hesitate to stay there again

This is maybe the best service experience I’ve had in years! The hotel staff were very professional, clear and helpful on check-in and throughout. I did park-sleep-fly and the process was laid out simply by them, all questions answered. The room was really nice, clean and equipped. It was on the main floor and has a sliding door to parking lot so if that freaks you out don’t go that floor but, the rooms there were nice.The shuttle was easy to arrange and came on time, and the shuttle driver was friendly and entertaining for us at 3 in the morning!It’s an open outdoor parking lot so I’m hoping for the best but, the spaces are close enough to the hotel I’m sure it’s fine. For the really reasonable price I think this place stands out.
