I had to have a large portion of my house cleaned and gutted due to pest damage. Dianne gave me a thorough estimate, warned me when and why the estimate might change, and had her staff do the work very quickly. There were no surprises, and she was very compassionate about dealing with the damage.

I had to arrange for a major carpet cleanup in my mother’s condo. I live in New Brunswick and Mom lives in Regina. Over the miles, Diane and team made it all easy and the cleanup they did was incredible. They were faced with quite a challenge and really stepped up. We really appreciated all they did and the cost was more than reasonable. Thanks for everything!

Back in August my water heater blew upstairs and decimated my home from top to bottom. We were all in saskatoon as our home filled to the brim with water. When we got home on a Sunday at 11pm. We called puroclean and within 1 hour late Sunday night they came and cleaned the mess up and took care of us the whole time through the restoration process. They are amazing and I will never use another company other then them.

We had the world's worst tenant and called in Dianne and her team. Within days they had remediated the property, got it fixed up, and the even the horrible odors removed. They did it all with a very professional and caring attitude. Thanks so much!

Our tenant called us due to sewer back up. We don't live near this property so we called a few places with most stating they were not sure when they could get to it (days to a week timeline) Dianne answered our call right away late in the day, sent someone for the next day. I cannot say enough about the incredibly fantastic experience we have with Dianne, Greg and Stephen when helping my father deal with a flooded basement. We were in town for that reason only and were almost in tears when we were told by others it would be weeks before they could do anything, even help prevent further damage from mold. PuroClean was later recommended by a family friend (realtor). Dianne was on site within 90 minutes and had a crew there within 2 hours of her visit, even though it was already late afternoon. Our disaster became their disaster and we felt the pressure release. Since then, they have helped us deal with the insurance company, and are assisting us with plans for the rebuild. This is so helpful since we live 8 hours away. They have been super professional and incredibly compassionate and patient with my father. Their commitment to timelines and communication has been as professional as it could possibly have been. We actually wondered how they had time to take care of other clients. This is a family owned business with people that are engaged and actually care about you and your situation. You won't regret hiring them.

What a fright! I went to the den in the basement to move some things around as we had a problem in another part of the basement. And there it was - 6 inches of water! I panicked! Well, one phone call and I had the right people on the phone - Greg Stephenson at PuroClean was over within hours and got started. He and his team did it all! Fortunately they were able to salvage a great deal - only a few things lost to water damage! After my father passed away in his house, I had no idea where to start. Puroclean went above & beyond. Disinfecting, removal of debris, arrangements to tow a snowed in vehicle, securing the house after thefts, arrangements for security, and pumping out a basement full of water. Puroclean was referred to me by my insurance broker and I could not be happier with the experience. I had a water heater rupture in my basement which resulted in water damage to my den carpet. Greg and Stephen arrived promptly after the first call and were very professional and courteous. Covid-19 safety protocols were respected and masks and sanitizers were used at all times.
