Sarah is amazing. She helped me through an awful point in my life. I saw a previous review mention that she creates a safe and peaceful place, and I couldn't agree more. My weekly visit to Sarah is often the highlight of my week. Whether it's talking through our problems, EMDR, or any of the amazing mindfulness exercises we do, Sarah always finds a way to help me make sense of the craziness going on. Kind, patient, warm, just amazing.

The counsellor I’ve been working with at Safehaven over the past year has been exceptional. Helping me work through past traumas and my substance-abuse issues in a kind compassionate and understanding manner, More importantly I felt safe and comfortable while doing this work. The changes I have been able to make in my life with the help of safe haven have been remarkable.. if you are looking to start your journey in healing I would definitely reach out to safe haven.
