Worst branch, never adequate staff and horrible service from Managers, specially customer service manager dude. Had few run ins, he assume he knows everything but he doesn't. Always call customer service to double confirm what he says...

Great manager. Helped me a lot to open a new account and transfer funds into it from escrow account with no hold. Advised on government regulations and how to wire money on time sensitive manner on the same day account was open and transfer into it was done. Highly recommend.

Try another branch!! This branch was one the best few years ago but everting is changed quickly .Now it’s the worst unfortunately. They are trying to find a reason NOT TO HELP YOU. I wanted to deposit a small amount check and the teller (Rehval) didn’t accept it because of a missing letter. She went to the supervisor (Jordan) he muttered something to her and of course they didn’t deposit the check. They seemed so happy that she wouldn’t help me. Guess what happened next. The atm machine deposited the check.

Worst. Bank. Ever!!!They have rude tellers that seem to be more interested in going home then helping people. Not only that, but they don't know what they are doing. They've now made three transaction mistakes. Most recently, I went to pay a bill to the government and they processed it for the month prior. Got a $400 late payment penalty. Lines are out the door and at most, two unreliable tellers working. Always asking for help from the manager. I'm out. Never again.

Terrible, absolutely terrible service. It seems like this particular branch is a training ground for TD because the managers and tellers are always changing and are sooooo incompetent. Plus some of them are rude. Better go to another location!

I'm in disbelief at how poor the service is at this branch. I started an application with one of the representatives, to which I never received a follow up and was completely dropped. Visited gain in person and same deal, nothing. Called several times, using the extension of the representative and their general inquiries line. No pickup from both no return to my messages. It has been weeks. What a joke.
