I am very pleased to note that this is the best pet boarding facility that I have used. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The facility is clean and well cared for. There is lots of room for pets to play, socialize and enjoy. Our pets always enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend their services.

Best pet boarding facility bar none. From drop off to pick up, everything is thought of and keeps everyone safe.My dog ran away for a few days when she was scheduled to go into the boarding for a few days while I was out of town. She was eventually found and they honored the booking. Not only did they fed and bathed her, they also took care of all the details in administration. This included a timely call back and timely responses to emails. Original amount paid was quickly refunded when I couldn't make the booking, and a new invoice was ready to go after a few hours.Not sure how I can further state how good this place is! I will always use them when I am away. Auntie Tanya and all her staff are the best people in this business. Period!

I was camping at English Bay during a crazy heatwave on Canada Day and our thick-furred shepherd mix needed somewhere indoor with A/C to escape the heat. We showed up at Cornerbrooks not realizing they were closed for the holiday and they took our baby in despite their booking software struggles, showing how much they truly care about the pets. I’m so grateful to them for keeping our baby safe and healthy. They even gave him a bandana and ice cream cone. Yogi gave out lots of kisses to the staff on his way out!

I might be a little bias about this business but it is truly an incredible service. Cornerbrooks Pet Bed and Breakfast care for animals as if they were their own and give them the attention they receive in their homes. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants the best care for their furry friend.

We recently started bringing our crew of 5 pups to be cared for here when we haven't been able to be there for them and Cornerbrooks is wonderful! We can't say enough good things about them from the time we bring them in to picking them up! Our dogs seem happy and excited when they know we are pulling up for them to visit again and that alone says so much! Tanya and her entire team are so caring and it shows, it's also so welcoming and clean. Thank you from all of us - Bentley, Houdini, Tippy, Tonka, Zoey and Greg & Vicky!

Dogs were very well taken care of & shown lots of love. Wife got updates on the special care & love they were given. The VIP drop off & pick up is very neat. Very quick & easy.

My parents have been taking our dog, Sadie, here for many years and she absolutely adores the staff here, particularly Tanya. Sadie does not get along well with strangers and other dogs and brings a variety of other challenges. The staff at Cornerbrooks have taken the time, energy, and effort to win her trust and we could not be more thankful. Sadie always comes home relaxed with a new bandana and smelling great. It is awesome to see her cuddling and playing with the staff. The staff here treat all the animals with love and patience, even when they aren't the easiest to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone needing a great place for their pets to stay.

I can’t say enough great things about Cornerbrooks. Professional, clean, responsive and caring. The Aunties take such great care of all the visitors and you never have to worry. Picture below is of our dog enjoying some time with his friends while at the kennel.

Over the years I had my fogs here they are spoiled rotten may years a go I would come to pick up gizmo and mom would have him up at the house.she and him really hit it off.know her daughter runs it best place in town for you're kids(my dogs are my kids)
