One worker was a bit slow and the other had an attitude

May 20. Somehow 4 staff members have become overwhelmed by 3 customers. I've been waiting for service for over 25 minutes. Not even a hello, they seems to going out of their way to avoid customers.

Went in there to buy three pairs of shoes I’ve had my eye on, one puma, one sketchers, and one adidas, all runners. There was a young black man and a young black woman behind the counter. There were four customers in the store, they didn’t greet us, they didn’t acknowledge us, the male was very loudly flirting with the girl, I could hear him across the store. I stood at the table where two of the three pairs of shoes were that I wanted. They never came. One of the other shoppers took some shoes to the cash to get sizes, so I did the same. He brings me my shoes out, insists I try them on at the farthest bench away from them, and then never comes back for further assistance, sizes, or to help me locate the third pair of shoes I wanted. Only one of my two pairs fit and the man was now at the front of the store loudly joking with a blond white lady. I bring my one pair to the cash, where the young lady was still sitting. She said “I’m sorry I’m new, I need him to help me put it through.” I said ok, expecting her to call out to him or get his attention. This girl sits back down and just expects me to …..I don’t know? Wait together? Silently? I guess. I literally stood there for three minutes, waiting for this man to come, he never came. After seeing him wrap his convo up with blond lady, turn away from me AGAIN, I walked my butt out of that store, like I should have in the first three minutes. They literally treated the customers like we were inconveniencing their first date, I’ve never had that anywhere before.

Terrible service. Black Friday sales and only 2 staff working. Store was not busy but still could not get the attention of a sales person. One too busy having a very long conversation but not business related and the other kept disappearing into the back and not make eye contact. There was just a few people in the store and they could have easily helped while 2 or more clients at a time. Took them 20 minuets of waiting before I was helped.

Horrible customer service. At least 4 people including myself went in and nobody was asked if they needed help or even a hello (Sunday shift)

Decent shoes and all but wouldn't you rather support an indigenous company that makes moccasins? Especially when they had a booth at Christmas not 100 ft away from this store?I was able to find some from a company located on reserve that employs actual natives and supports their community for the same price as what was sold here. The quality was also better and I honestly would have been willing to pay more.

Service was very poor and very slow. It took the sales clerk 15 minutes to retrieve 3 pairs of shoes from the back room. When she arrived there was no explanation or apology and she didn't offer to help us with sizing. We had to flag her down when we wanted to pay as she was chatting with another staff in the back.

Terrible staff and service. Went into the store to see 4 employees chatting and not helping customers. When I finally asked for assistance to get a shoe size they came back with the wrong size. So I left. Very unprofessional.

What a disappointment. This place was recommended by a friend. But I was disappointed they had no shoes for men larger than an 8 1/2Also amazed to discover they didn't have one of those devices to measure your feet to confirm the size. They told me it broke a wile ago but was never replaced.The employee confessed he was embarrassed to work in a place under such poor management.

Tuesday on January 10 around 8pm it was my worst time coming here with very slow and rude people was no even help from them to get the right size or a good service. it is really bad.
