I am 42 years old, and Im sure this is recognisable by my face, yet one of middle aged male cashiers which I unfortunately forgot to ask his name, asked me for an id if Im old enough and this intolerable.

10/10.. Great customer service, my favourite associate (lets say her name is Jenn), has always been a wonderful help, (she) gives great advice on wine selections I give to my dear clients as a token.. sad (she) transferred to another location.. but I always looked forward to walking into this particular LCBO, because (her) customer service abilities always went beyond the mark/training they received! THANKS JENN’ !! (I look forward to shopping at this location, and purchasing wine, and other options for my high clientele!

Your staff is incredibly rude, if you aren't a size 2 you're not going to be met with respect. Do better or teach them to be fake.

This is my preferred LCBO, staff here is great and they have good deals. The parking lot is a lot to deal with at times. I would recommend going during the week and avoiding the weekend madness!
