The worst secretary staff I have ever come across. My mother is an elderly patient, who is handicapped who doesn't understand how to use computers. She asked the secretary to print a handicap form so the doctor could fill it out, and was denied the form, because the secretary said she was too busy to assist an elderly handicap patient who doesn't understand how to use computers. Welcome to our caring Medical Staff at a Canadian institution.

I have been seeing Dr. Shiyang Ding since I got my health card after moving to Canada. He's been a wonderful doctor to me so far. He has taken all my health concerns seriously and put in a major effort to make sure we get everything tested and get me feeling better. He is not judgemental, very matter of fact. I have been recommending him to anyone in the area who needs a doctor.Also, if you have fear of needles, I want to reassure you that whenever he has given me a vaccine, I have barely felt it, he is very gentle and quick with them. I dont fear needles from him and most other medical folks anymore.

Rani is one of the best family physicians in this city and I would recommend her to anyone. She’s extremely attentive and actually listens to what you’re saying, and she’s a great person as well. 5 stars always

I’ve been a patient for 14 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. They are so informative and helpful/ the secretary is so friendly and the doctors really care for me. I always leave with my problems resolved

Dr.Rani is my family doctor since 2 years ago but honestly she’s a great one she’s listening to anything y say.

Dr Ding is the BEST doctor I’ve ever had. He is so attentive and caring, and is incredibly respectful with great bedside manner. Highly recommend!The receptionists are also nice, and I appreciate all the work they do :)

Constantly behind schedule, very glad they are switching appointment-only.Literally watched Dr. Beharry picking at his butt-crack and did not see him wash his hands afterwards. He also tried to tell me it wasn't 9am at 9:10am while I was waiting for my doctor (who was understandably delayed by city workers removing a tree and blocking the parking lot). Receptionist actually went and hid in the back room after unlocking the door and taking our health cards, whether to avoid the ire of patients waiting for their scheduled appointments or not, I couldn't tell you. But at least she took our cards, but gave none of us any additional information and didn't bother to mention that one of the doctors was running behind.If my eventual appointment had not been extremely satisfactory, this would be a 1-star easily, so thanks Dr. Ding for doing a good job and salvaging an extra gold star.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ding’s for over two years here and he’s been by far one of the best, most professional, and kindest doctors I’ve ever met. He is so helpful and proactive, and he knows so much about medicine, yet he doesn’t hesitate to make a specialist referral if needed. The assistants at the centre are also very helpful and nice. I live on the east end of the city and the centre is farther west and closer to downtown, but I didn’t think about changing because I’m very comfortable here.

Dr Ding is an AMAZING doctor. Very attentive, proactive, and non-judgmental. Extremely thorough and explains everything to you clearly so you feel in control of your health. He referred me to specialist once and even the specialist (who didn’t know him) remarked on his level of knowledge and expertise based on a prescription he recommended.

Dr. Ding is a kind and caring doctor who has always been willing to listen to my concerns and go above and beyond to offer solutions. I feel very lucky to have him as my family doctor.
