We went in to get a TV stand. We were promptly greeted and directed to the area where the displays were. Sales person Mike Olohan was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The reason for the 4 star review was the actual displays were very limited and had to choose from the website. No fault of Mike’s, as he gave us great service. We look forward to receiving our new TV stand. We would, and have recommended Heritage Furniture in Trenton to family members and friends, and will continue to support.

Shopping at furniture stores is not always a pleasant experience due to high pressure salespeople. We had a very different experience with Chris Miller at Heritage Furniture in Trenton. Chris was friendly, attentive without being pushy and very knowledgeable about the products. He helped us find the perfect sofa. I would highly recommend Chris at Heritage Trenton!

Great day looking for furniture. Went to Heritage Trenton where Mike came and assisted us to pick out furniture. He was so helpful and was of great assistance in helping us pick out our choices. He went above and beyond helping us as we were a bit indecisive. He was patient and allowed us the time we needed in order to make our decisions.

I had a great experience at Heritage Furniture Trenton. They had lots of selection and what I loved most was the professionalism and easy friendly approach of Jamie the sales rep . I was greeted warmly by her, she left me alone to browse and checked in with me in an appropriate time frame. She was down to earth and I never felt pressured by her. She was very knowledgeable with her product lines .I have placed my order and I trust all will flow smoothly with delivery and it’s arrival.

Our experience at the store was fabulous!!!!! Chris helped my husband and I out with finding a perfect sectional. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, gave us info, let us know he was there if we needed him and then let us have space to look around and check things out on our own. We both really appreciated this. Knowing he was close to answer our many questions but also letting us have a private buying experience mattered to us. Thank you Chris . This store is a hidden gem. We came from a hour out of town and we will be back again!!!!! They have plenty of options for all tastes and styles. The prices are exceptional and the customer service was above others I had experienced recently at multiple furniture stores elsewhere. These employees are happy and you can tell they enjoy their work place. If anyone from management is reading this please know Chris is a remarkable staff member and you are lucky to have him on your team:):):)Thank you so much Chris, we appreciate all you did for us and we look forward to working with you in the near future again!!!

This was an excellent shopping experience.Mike greeted us and helped us during our tour of furniture shopping.Needed Sofa-bed for our cottage along with smaller coffee table, side chair and shelving.Mike went above and beyond for us we very much appreciated his help. The final surprise was the quick service we're getting for our Sofa-bed. We wanted the one in stock and after consideration we got it so our delivery will happen soon then expected.Thanks Mike

Both my son and I have purchased many items from Heritage. The quality of every piece has been excellent and service has always been fantastic. I have dealt with Jamie in the past, but today Meeka helped me choose a platform bed. He was very upbeat and knowledgeable. I left as a satisfied customer once again.

Nice fresh clean store. Nicely layed out. Sales people not pushy at all. Chris Miller answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make an immediate decision. Thought about our purchase called the next day spoke to Chris and it was a done deal. Now we just wait.
