Pratt's Chimney

We needed a bit of work done to our fireplace. We hired Pratts chimney service and they are an A1 company. They are very professional and they go into detail about everything that needs to be done. Their prices are right on. A few things we had done were the smoke chamber the flue liner and a new chimney cap to mention a few things. I would love to give a shout out to Nate, Kayla, Kerry and Nick. They are all so nice and would do a great job for anybody who needs help. Thanks again for all your hard work. We moved in last fall and just wanted our fireplace looked at and a mystery switch we didn’t know what it did. The office was very kind and helpful when setting up the appointment. Ethan serviced our home and was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and walked through options. He was even patient with our dog - who can be quite noisy and bossy with visitors. In the end we didn’t need additional services which was a great and the inspection provided us piece of mind. We will be using Pratt’s in the future if needed. Thanks again!!

Great experience with Pratt's! It is an actual family-run business and they KNOW what they are doing. We had three companies provide estimates for our Chimney re-lining. Pratt's identified issues other companies didn't notice, saving our chimney. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and observant, but their prices were also affordable. Our estimate was quickly provided. When we were ready to make the appointment, they were able to offer their services much sooner than I expected! They also completed the job in 1 day. Sam & Patrick were very pleasant and continued to work hard despite the weather and sun going down too early in the day. They were very personable and made sure the work was done correctly. I will be recommending Pratt's at every chance I can!

As you can see from the photos, before on left side, after on right side. I was given the option of a total tare down and rebuild of chimney or the solution I went with was the Stack option. The Stack option was more cost effective. Thank you to Josh and the whole Pratt's Team

I had the pleasure of Tyler and Sam replacing the liner in my very old chimney today (3/6/2023). There were several challenges during the install: the previous liner was improperly installed, a narrow attic space, the narrowing at the chimney base, debris from the abandoned house next door, the nosey neighbor from across the street, and, toward the end of the day, the idiot who drove down the block shooting a gun. Despite all of this, Tyler and Sam worked endlessly to finish the work late into the evening; MPD stayed on scene to provide the guys with protection while they nailed on the last shingles and packed their tools. Tyler and Sam were very polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They provided me updates on their progress throughout the day. My whole experience with Pratt's Chimney - from the inspection and quote to the last shingle - was EXCEPTIONAL!!! THANK YOU Tyler and Sam for leaving me a better chimney, in spite of all those hurdles. My block is usually quiet and without incident; today was out of the ordinary. I greatly appreciate that you stayed to finish the work. You guys are amazing!!!

Had Pratt's come out and clean chimney in January. Andrew said burning fires in our current fire box was dangerous and he would not clean because the fire box was a Slammer". A “slammer” is when an insert or a stove Is pushed into the fireplace without any liner or pipe coming out of the top. This kind of installation produces heavy deposits of third-degree creosote on and around the insert
