This is the slowest service possible! They spend 15min per customer at a cash desk with a huge line of people that is barely moving because employees are sleeping at their workplace and noone knows what are they doing.

Asked to have my RRSP transferred from TD to BMO 2 times from 2 different agents in the same branch, did all the paperwork from scratch 2 times, waited months, neither the transfer happened nor anyone ever called/emailed me from the branch for a follow up! :( I gave up on it already.

If you go to this branch be ready to be by the books" . Some of the "ties" stuff expect us to know all their internal affairs bureaucracy and are not quite willing to trully help. I sence a unwelcome atmosphere when I provided constructive criticism. Also their tellers easily say well "I do not know how to do this/that" in comparison to other places where other BMO employees actively looking forward to help even if they need help by other more experience employees."
