Visited this weekend, wanted to leave a review for their staff member “Frances”. She helped myself and my husband pick out earrings & helped us look for a new wedding band that suits my engagement ring. She wasn’t at all pushy (which I find happens a lot in jewelry stores) and was very kind. Cleaned my engagement ring for me as well ! Very pleased with her service!

I purchased ring at Christmas for my wife 2 weeks after the diamond fell out thank god I had purchased the protection plan 4 weeks later we get it back fixed and 2 weeks later can you believe it falls a out again now I want my money back but they refuse and offer to replace the ring or can exchange for something else (not wanting either) we decided to do exchange well looking yet another customer comes in same issue just purchased a piece and it too is falling apart do yourself a favor walk across the walkway to people's!!!! let's hope the replacement piece hold up but I'll be honest my hopes are not very high after hearing so many horror stories niw from others seems to be a real trend

I absolutely loved the customer service I received today, Eve and Frances were extremely patient and kind, they helped me pick gifts for my friends and even took the time and care to refund something for me even though the tablet was giving them a hard time. It was the best service I have received at a store in my entire life and I will absolutely come back here. I definitely recommend charmed because all their employees are kind and always make sure you're treated with kindness and respect no matter what and they make this store amazing. Look! Eve and Frances even gift wrapped them with bows!

Great store. Doesnt matter if you are spending 100 or spending 10 000 you get the same service. I've always gotten all of my jewelry threw charm. People's on the other hand has told me repeatedly to go and save more money. Not the best for feeling. I will not spend a dime at people's just because of the service. Charm has everything you need with a smile

Wonderful staff! Got a quote to fix my diamond that fell out. They only had to reset it with a new claw. They were 4 times more than Gold Forever Jewellery. They actually sent my ring to Ottawa to get the quote!? Gold Forever Jewelry did an amazing job changing the setting. Looks better than the original. Will not get anything fixed at Charm in the future.
