Helped move someone.Inside the apartment suite everything was reasonably clean, modern, spacious.Balcony is extra large.Elevators work but are extremely slow.Walking down the stairs was easier.Walking upstairs was not possible for me because you need a key.Fob entry worked well, a surprising inclusion at this price point.Inside the apartment suite was fine; it was the outside that was a concern.In the time it took to unload a truck, someone was beaten nearly to death outside the building.I came downstairs to Police asking for witnesses.My friend was told, Sorry for your loss" by a ressident as well. We were like
