Always have a great experience when I show up at last minute to get my travel insurance from any of the staff employeed for D.G.Smith. They are always fast and efficient and get me in and out as quick as possible. They realize that you have a life outside of getting insurance no matter what form of insurance and do there best not to waste your valuable time. When my normal broker is not there one of the other ladies step it up immediately and get me on my way as well. I would never go any where else for my insurance needs.

Judi Freeman is absolutely incredible and I could not be happier with my insurance. Judi goes above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met and to get me insurance on vehicles. I call her a day before picking up a vehicle and Judi always makes sure I have everything I need. Judi has been my insurance broker for years and I would never deal with anyone else.

The Owners, Quincy and Laura Huntley, are amazing! They both respond to emails and phone calls with speed and efficiency! Even when you try to reach them after hours or while on their holidays, I get a personal reply. I contacted them recently to confirm my insurance coverage while in an predicament in Chile and I contacted them today to confirm a upcoming renewal date on another policy ~ both Quincy and Laura responded in a matter of minutes! A+ personal service
