TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very rude indian lady working there. I was in line for a while when she kicked us out during closing time. I would not recommend to anyone.

The customer service at this location is astounding. Japnam was amazing, I was having a stressful day and i was waiting on the phone with TD for more than 2 hours! Jessica quickly offered me an alternative, and advised me to call TD through their app. My call went through within 2 minutes!! Jasmine made my day, and I think she deserves a mini fridge in her office, with unlimited chapman's chocolate ice-cream cones.

Overall a good experience! I went in needing help and although the teller was a little confused at first, we sorted everything out with the help of Leah! Leah was understanding, patient, and resourceful. She ensured I was all set before I left thankfully! Thanks for your help, Leah!

We have been with this bank since it opened. I have never had such a terrible experience until today. They really need disability training at this branch. They also need to treat all person with respect. We will probably look eslse where for banking

The branch manager Nick has been helping me resolve an issue that originated at another branch and has been ongoing for a few years now. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Due to his help, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. His customer service is second to none. Thank you!

I have been banking here for several years and I can no longer stand dealing with them anymore. All the staff is new and none of them have authorization to make deposits over $1000. Nobody has any clue when you ask basic questions. They don't speak or fully understand English. Absolutely unwelcoming and unhelpful.

Great experience and very quick. Soni helped us with setting up our bank account and was extremely polite , friendly and brilliant in doing his work.

The staff here is above average for the brand. Some branches you can encounter various problems like overly suspicious / nosey tellers or other impediments when you just want to bank and get on with your life not play the 20 question game. This branch is above average in this respect and also provides a friendly and courteous staff. Not perfect but better than average for this bank.

Absolutely terrible experience! Every time I go into the bank the employees there do not have any sense of talking to other. They all have terrible attitudes. Especially Diljit she was a terrible bank teller, she had a terrible attitude, and never does anything right. Even the manager is very rude, they cannot even bother helping me with these problems. The manager is a very careless person. Every time I go into this bank, I have one of the worst experiences of my life. Diljit was probably the worst bank teller there. She needs to bee taught how to talk to people, and how to manage her attitude with customers. I am thinking about taking my service to a different bank. I highly suggest that you do not go here.
