The location of the shop is perfect. I walked in the store and the owner Shilpa greeted me. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I told her the occasion and he helped me to choose best possible flowers. I was able to walk in the cooler and select exactly the type and color of flowers. The price was perfect.The arrangement she made was perfect and loved it. I will go again and recommend my friends/family.

Panda Flowers is hands down the best in Sherwood Park. I always go there for any floral/ centrepiece/ vase needs. Super friendly, helpful staff, and BEAUTIFUL products with a wide range of selection. I bought 2 grinch tree centrepieces last week and went back today to buy two more. They are all beautiful, very different from one another, in beautiful vases and at a good price (around 50 bucks). Panda Flowers did an amazing Bridal Bouquet and Boutonnière for our elopement. I found a picture online of how I wanted the bouquet to look and they did a fabulous job matching it. It was simple and elegant and beautiful!! We picked it up the day before as we were travelling to the mountains and they had it in a vase with water and a box to keep it safe and to make sure it would last the day in the car. Would definitely recommend!!

They did an amazing job! They accommodated to work with the colour scheme of the event, they showed us how to put together our centre piece arrangements, they did it all on short notice, it was done within our budget, and all done with an amazing smile. I highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service, don't waste your money. I ordered (and paid for) an Orchid bouquet for my mom in hospice, and they delivered carnations without a word of apology or explanation. Not exactly an equal trade. Then I received a bereavement bouquet with the wrong name on it!! I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone to discuss my concerns, but no one has bothered to return my messages, or even acknowledge their mistakes. Very disappointing, I certainly won't be returning.Update: in response to your reply, this is definitely the correct flower shop. I tried to contact you via email, Facebook, your contact us page and phone. All of my messages went unanswered (though I could tell they'd been seen). You did not respond until I posted a review. Very disappointing
