Had a consultation with Chantale after a botched navel piercing at another shop in Lethbridge left me scarred and frustrated. She was very personable and professional, and was transparent with me about my options going forward. Chantale took the time to address all of my concerns and explain the process for getting my navel redone--never once did I feel rushed in our appointment. This is a piercer I know I can trust. I will definitely be back for piercings in the future!!

My best friend got stabbed by Chantale at the Red Deer Tattoo Convention today. It was an emotional experience for her and I am so touched by how well the entire team took care of her. What may have been just a natural display of professionalism and kindness on their part made a huge impact on my friend and brought a little bit of light into her day during a difficult time. Side note - I was stoked that they anodized on site so I grabbed a new threadless bar for myself as well! Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

Chantale has done all my piercings; nose, helix, and now my second lobe piercings. It has been an amazing experience every time! Chantale is so accommodating and puts you right at ease, and explains every step. I also had the pleasure of being pierced by Chantale’s apprentice, Skyler. Skyler was fantastic! They were so much fun and also made me feel super comfortable, and I absolutely love my new piercings. Thank you so much!

Cannot recommend this place enough! After going through hell with my daith piercing from another piercer, Chantale at Hole Lotta Love took a look at it during the tattoo convention and told me to come by to have her switch out the jewelry and make sure it was healing correctly. She did the swap for free for me with me only paying for the jewelry and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind!She's a very caring piercer who wants safety and comfort of her clients. She also has great prices! The shop is very clean and cute!Definitely recommend as the best piercer in Lethbridge!

Went in for a jewelry change for my rook and Chantale and Skyler were amazing! They got me a new piece that fit properly and I love it! They were even able to fit me with a new piece to help with my slow-healing helix. The process was quick, painless and very reasonably priced and they were both so kind and knowledgable.

My first piercing experience in Lethbridge; I'm a bit freaked out by needles, so I was EXTREMELY nervous. Never once did I feel judged, mocked or made fun of for being so anxious. The piercer was extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable; the place was clean and it really, really felt like they actually cared about me and my comfort. I would absolutely recommend Hole Lotta Love to anyone looking for an extremely positive piercing experience.
