This is the only hookah store I get all my hookah needs from. They have great customer service , extremely friendly and fast delivery. I usually get my package within 1-2 days and I’m located in Alberta. I highly recommend using them for all your hookah needs !

Placed an order on April 9, 2020 and paid an extra fee to have it shipped between 1-2 business days. It is currently April 16, 2020 and I have already emailed them and received no reply. Tried calling, and no reply. It's been a week and I still haven't haven't received my order. Just yesterday I received an update on Canada Post and they have just collected the item. It took them 4-5 days to do something I paid extra for them to do in a max of 2 business working days.
