We were in dire need of a new fence. We thought about building one ourselves but decided to get a quote to justify the cost savings. We found Ron from a newspaper ad; he was professional and courteous. The quote was detailed and fair so it became an easy decision for us. He built the fence exactly like we designed. Several years ago, in our previous home, Nu-Look HomeWorks did a fabulous job building a fence and subsequently a ground-level deck, both at a reasonable cost. All work held up beautifully over the years. When we recently moved, we did not hesitate to call Nu-Look when we were looking for some ideas for a deck extension. Ron gave us a quote with some different options, and we were pleased with the detailed information and pricing. Colin and Ron did a superb job on the deck, every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the larger deck, how beautifully it matches the existing structure (both from deck level and below) and the enhanced view with the glass and aluminum railings Nu-Look installed. Ron and his team built a new front porch on to my log house. It was very important for me to achieve a certain look given that my house is not a typical Vernon home. Ron had great ideas throughout the process, finished on time and was on budget. When some decisions had to be made (how wide to make my front steps, whether to add railings down the steps etc) Ron really helped me with that process and offered great advice. I was very appreciative for his guidance. Overall I would highly recommend Ron to do any job. He was excellent to work with.

We did a major renovation upstairs and used the space of one bedroom to move the main bathroom and add an en suite and walk in closet to the master bedroom. We enlarged the master bedroom and added 2 windows. Ron was easy to work with, made good suggestions along the way and the quality of workmanship was very good. We paid a fair price and would not hesitate to call Nu-Look again!

We found Ron great to deal with. He built a deck and stairs at our house and his craftsmanship is great. He able to work within a budget we were comfortable with and was always available for questions etc. He is now our go to builder for any future project because we know he can deliver.
