I rented a storage unit today for the first time and it was the easiest process ever. When I walked in the door I was greeted by my name by Kavya and Nandalal (they were expecting me at that time) They were so warm and friendly and made me feel at home. They explained the whole renting process to be thoroughly and helped me carry my items to my storage unit. I also met Joey on my way out who also greeted me with a smile and wished me a great day. I will DEFINITELY be renting with them again.

From the very beginning, my son and l were treated very kindly by Kavya and Nandalal. They were always very helpful and very polite to us. They provided a great service to us! They answered all our questions and doubts from day one. The storage building was always very clean and safe. All the facilities were well maintained, including the washroom. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a place to store his/her things in the near future. I really appreciate the valuable support we received from Kavya and Nandalal. I got set up with a storage unit fairly quickly. Ruwandi helped me efficiently and answered all my questions. She was kind enough to show me around the facility. Thank you Kavya and Ruwandi.My one feedback is to fill up the sanitizer stations.

Came to rent a storage.Nandalal and Kavya gave me a great deal and their customer service was fabulous. Their happy energy was so contagious, always smiling. Would recommend this location 10/10. They went that extra mile to make me feel content and made sure I understood everything.

My experience dealing with Mal and Nan at Public Storage was extremely pleasant. They were very understanding of my company's needs and acted swiftly on the urgency of getting storage units secured. I highly recommend Public Storage at the Derry Road location.Mal, Nan and Kavya always greet myself and other customers with a smile and their customer service is great.

Mal and Nan were incredibly professional, courteous and efficient in their service. They advised me exactly how long the paperwork would take prior to my arrival. They even asked if I would like to book an appointment. Mal showed me two lockers and gave me a full breakdown of the best priced options. I would highly recommend this branch of Public Storage.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location! Mal and Ruwandi were friendly and helpful and ensured that the process of getting me set up with a unit went quickly and smoothly. I will definitely return to this location if I need storage in the future.
